Great location

We enjoyed the opportunity to stay at this location. Just two of us but had everything we needed. The whole house for the price of an upscale hotel was a plus.

Family stay

Quiet and cozy. Beautiful back porch. Could definitely use some handy man to fix holes in walls, floor where it doesn’t meet at from door and the Water pressure in shower is awful, Ice maker broke with no known knowledge that we needed ice. Otherwise stay was ok.

Weekend Girls Trip

My friend and I met in Livingston for our 50th High School Reunion. We wanted something quiet and accessible to town. This house is not only the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in, but it was also superbly stocked with so many extras that a person may need away from home, we were pleasantly surprised. It is nicely furnished. Such a cute house!! I would give this house a 10 out of 10. Management definitely is in it for excellent customer service. We would book again!

Quick Livingston Vacay

We had a great time at this vacation house. It is very clean, which is high on my list for a rental. Raymond and Maria are excellent host and have provided some really nice touches. We spent a lot of time on the back deck and patio with our dogs. The yard is fenced but one side of the house is unfenced. Our dogs are velcro dogs so this was not an issue for us. Great location to downtown with shopping and dining out. Several pet friendly restaurants. We do not do much cooking on vacation but the one time we did cook we had everything we needed. It was a lovely, relaxing vacation and it only took us an hour to get there.

Hi Rodney, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: - Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on your recent stay. We appreciate your input and apologize for any inconvenience you experienced.- Regarding communication, we apologize for the delay in communication. Our preferred method of communication is by text as opposed to email as we receive an instant notification and can respond promptly. - We're sorry to hear about the issue you had with the dryer and appreciate your feedback. The start button needs to be pulled out and then pushed in for the dryer to start. We will ensure the instructions for the dryer are clearer so future guests do not share the same experience. - As for the bathroom door sticking, we're pleased to inform you that the issue has been resolved and corrected. - Your insights are valuable to us, and we're committed to continuously improving our guests' experience. Thank you for choosing to stay with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future, providing an even better experience.

Clean house just got no sleep.

Saturday night we got zero sleep and considering leaving midnight. Fighting, cussing and punching car windows outside. I’m assuming it was at the towing company at the end of the road. But we had small kids with us their safety is our number one priority. I was very concerned for our safety. The house itself was great! Just the area is sketchy. Wasn’t sure if we were going to stay the second night but we did because we had no where else to go and didn’t want to dispute any charges.

Not as it appears in the pictures

We were sadly very disappointed with our stay at this location. This property is not as it appears in the pictures. It has cute decorations in a very run property. The hot water did not work the first day and half we were there. It was eventually fixed but we had to pack up our things each time we left so maintenance people could come. The neighborhood did not feel safe, like not safe enough for my daughter and I to stay there alone. Parts of it were clean and other parts not at all. Raymond was helpful with helping getting the hot water fixed but since has been hard to get a response from.

Hi Hannah, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: We are glad you chose the home and we are sorry your stay was not what you expected. We use professional photographers so we can be sure that our images accurately reflect each property and guests can decide before booking if the decor meets their expectations. While the hot water was a concern, we were glad to be able to get it resolved within 24 hours. While the neighbor's actions and decorations are outside of our control, we're sorry that your group felt uncomfortable during your stay. We go above and beyond in providing a comfortable experience for our guests, and we're sorry that outside circumstances changed that. We will address your concerns regarding the cleanliness with the cleaning company so this issue does not affect future guests. We do all we can to make our homes the best possible stays, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. Thank you for your feedback.
