This peaceful waterfront bungalow is perfect to enjoy Springtime Events, concerts at Base 31 and festivals or work/stay in Prince Edward County (PEC). There are many wonderful opportunities to enjoy the county festivities or get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The Adolphus Reach at your door and 3.5 acres of gardens and fields is a part of your relaxing stay. Enjoy amazing Sunsets from the waterside covered porch and private work/personal time in the upper widow’s walk area. Whether you are here to spend time with your family, work away from the city, be inspired to create, need a place to rejuvenate and heal; this is the place for you.
Take advantage of the vast outdoor gardens and lawns and don't forget to bring your water shoes and water toys to enjoy the private waterfront. Kitchen is completely equipped and basic cooking supplies provided. Bring your food and drink; virtually everything else is included.
Outdoor games available include: Croquet, Horseshoes, Badminton and a Fire pit with wood. Enjoy the large deck with propane BBQ, lounge set and views of the water.
Ping Pong table and shuffleboard as well as lots of board games are available to enjoy.

If swimming is what you are after, make sure to bring water shoes as the floor of the lake is rocky. The waterfront is for the pleasure of our guests; however, you use it entirely at your own risk. The owners and management are not responsible for any injury sustained in any way in the use of the waterfront. DO NOT allow children unattended by the water.
