Hyannis Condo w/ Pool Next to the Beach! Available Year Round!

Looking for the perfect Cape Cod getaway with ocean views, close beach access, a pool and all the excitement of downtown minutes away? Look no further: welcome to unit 5A at The Breakwaters! Located at 432 Sea Street in Hyannis The Breakwaters is a small collection of condos tucked by the ocean. This property gives you everything you need for a fabulous vacation or work stay and more.

This end unit condominium features a bedroom with a king bed, a living room with a queen pull out couch, a kitchen, a full bathroom and water view deck. The condo can sleep 4 comfortably. The deck at the home has a dining table and an umbrella for shade on those hot days. The unit has a ductless AC unit in the main area to keep you cool on those balmy nights. The unit comes with all linens and towels provided, beach chairs, beach umbrella and a cooler. Propane grill, cable TV and Wi-Fi are of course included too.

Located just 350 feet from the path to Keyes Memorial Beach you and your guests will spend the day sunning and swimming. After the beach you can come back and hop in the pool at the complex! In 2025, The pool is open Mid-June through Labor Day, 7 days a week and there is a lifeguard on the property during operating hours.If you are curious if the pool will be open for your dates please inquire.

Main Street Hyannis is just .8 miles away, featuring dozens of shopping and dining options. The walk along Sea Street is lit up at night by street lamps and has a sidewalk, making traveling back and forth to dinner a breeze. The location is close to Cape Cod Hospital (1.8 miles), the island ferries (1.3) miles and Cape Cod Gateway Airport (2.5 miles) making it a great option for visitors year round.

Reserved parking for one car plus is guaranteed plus guest parking is usually available. This condo is available for rentals year round. 7 night minimum rentals in the peak season, Sat. to Sat. only. 3 and 4 night minimum rentals available in the shoulder and off seasons. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. No pets, please. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $150-$250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00.

Very location with a view

The cottage was very comfortable, owners are very nice, cottage and grounds are well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. We will book agin next year. Internet can be weak occasionally but worked well 95% of the time.

A "stay put" vacation

Often we do a lot of road trips and traveling during our vacation. This time we decided to just "stay put" and relax. The condo was a perfect size for a couple. The kitchen was adorable. I think the thing we liked the best was the private beach. We walked to it each morning, afternoon, and evening because it was only steps away. We also spent a lot of time on the deck.

Great place

Close to a beautiful beach, pool access, we had trouble with the WiFi and some riffraff at the picnic area across the street along with a skunk that lives under the house.

I would sit on the deck and have my morning coffee and watch the ferry boats come and go. The place was spotless. It was obvious that it was recently renovated and true to the photos that were on the website Location to town is really convenient to shops and restaurants The property manager was great. He called us day 1 to make sure we got in ok and everything was to our liking. He told us he would be available anytime, just drop him a text. We would definitely recommend the place to friends and family and there’s a good chance we’ll be back in the future

Perfect Cape Cod Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The 5A unit on 432 Sea Street was a great air b&b! This one bedroom unit has lovely view of the ocean that none of the other units have. The unit is very clean and has been updated. The appliances looked brand new, and the furniture was comfortable, and the couch seemed new as well. Do bring sleep eye masks for night-time sleeping. The window shades are opaque but not blackout, and the porch lights from other units brightly light up the bedroom.The walk to the beach is literally out the front door and a few steps to Keyes Beach. This is a wonderful beach that isn't crowded and has little to no-housing on it so its fairly private even though it's a public beach.Adam Marks was our rental agent with Berkshire Hathaway. He was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. He answers calls, questions and handles any issue promptly! We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, clean & comfortable cottage

Quiet neighborhood and steps from the beach. Cottage was very clean with everything you needed if you wanted to stay in and cook dinner. Also about a mile and walkable to amazing restaurants on Main Street in Hyannis Property manager was great! We enjoyed our stay and will be back next year!

Very cute and cozy

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: it was perfect for a family of 4. It was nice to have AC in the bedroom and it was so close to the water (although the weather wasn't the best the beach was great!) The pool was nice although it was closed sometimes when it should have been open. We were under the impression that there was laundry on site per the details in the description but there was no laundry facility on the grounds. We ended up going to a coin operating facility down the road which wasn't the best but did it's job until we were able to go home and properly wash our items. The outside deck was nice that it was treks and not wood so we didn't have to worry about splinters although some board were not screwed down so they kind of popped up and we stubbed our toes every once in a while and we were able to ride our bikes around the town as well. The pillows and the white sheets on the bed had a few stains on them. We ended up bringing our own linens so we didn't have to worry about that. Every person was super helpful and fantastic to talk to and deal with including the property management (thank you Adam!) and we Loveddd the pool attendant Rob. It was nice to have beach chairs there to use along with a cooler. Overall it was a great experience and we would totally recommend and would return.

Perfect location

Just steps from the beach. Clean, just enough space for coming back from exploring. Only thing that kept it from being perfect all around was that we could not find the laundry room though listed in property’s details.
