We stayed here for our little boys' first beach trip. It was the perfect size for the 4 of us. Very clean and a stunning view of the beach. Couldn't ask for a better time at this location!

Great view. Very easy short walk to the beach. Beach was not crowded. Spacious balcony. Unit could use a little updating. Master bedroom bed was not that comfortable. Overall great stay.

Great location, a little dated but OK with us. Kitchen was good , stocked well. Pensacola Beach Properties treated us fairly and was satisfied with everything.

Family Time

We had an amazing time with our 4 girls! Beautiful views and super close to the boardwalk. It was our first time to Nivarre and to this condo and we will for sure be back!

Beautiful location. This is our 2nd time at this condo. Its clean and is in a great location. It could use a little updating.

Girls getaway

Cozy & quiet place right on the beach. Great balcony view of the ocean. We felt safe throughout our stay. The unit shows some age but still functional and would stay here again.

The condo was very clean when we arrived. The couch really needs a deep clean or to be replaced! The washer/dryer combo was terrible. Three hours to wash and dry a load of laundry. ( only extremely small loads will fit)The bunk bed is extremely wobbly and hard to get in and out of. The pool was nice! The view from the balcony was amazing!! However the walk over is shared with a public beach access! Overall our stay was great! Communication was excellent!

Perfect spot right on the beach. Great view from the balcony! Great place to relax. Not bad for an older condo.

Beautiful View

I've stayed at Florida panhandle beaches for 50+ years. This is the closest I've ever been to the beach. It's nice that the pool is on the side of the condo vs beachfront. It makes it so much more peaceful this way. Condo was very, very clean.

Cozy

We had a nice stay. The rental was cozy and had a beautiful view. Check in was a breeze. The fridge light was out, but management made us aware before check-in that the part needed to replace light was ordered. Communication with management was effective. We will definitely be back to Navarre soon!

Godd stay

Some pieces of the tile flooring needs replacing in the kitchen, have to watch your step with no shoes and no elevator service for about 8 hours one day

I would not stay in this condo and regret booking it. There was broken tile in the condo, a missing baseboard with mold/mildew present, the toilets were not cleaned (visible hair on both seats), the beds were awful, and the biggest problem was the note in the kitchen from the HOA advising of 'rusty looking water' with instructions to run the faucets for 20 minutes. When you check in, you want to unpack and head to the beach...not run water and flush toilets for 20 minutes. Paying 1,000 for two nights in a very dated condo with rusty water and horrible beds was not what we had in mind for a mini vacation. I communicated the damage to the management company asap to make sure we would not be blamed for any damages. They responded the next day. The only positive thing about this condo is proximity to the beach and the views. The furniture on the balcony was not pictured. The master bedroom door is two half doors unlike the full door pictured in the advertisement...so there was a lack of privacy. The master bedroom fan barely worked, loud clicking noise and wobbled. We didn't trust to leave it running and I would not put kids in the wobbly bunk bed much less sleep underneath it. I rarely ever write reviews but feel like people should know what they are booking.
