Island House Villa

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay. We have been coming to Siesta Key in the spring for many years in the spring. Our unit was very nice. The kitchen was well equipped ( though could use baking sheets and a pizza pan). Very clean. Pool is great. Best part is beautiful Crescent Beach!

Great Siesta Key Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic Siesta Key Location : Middle of beach ... far enough away from Public Access and crowds. 5 minute walk to the water.Booking/Check-In/Check-Out was extremely easy ... Love the phone app.Price point was fair. Rental unit is obviously utilized. No major defects ... no working ice maker. Kitchen was well equipped.Very strong pesticide smell upon arrival. Thought it would subside within 24 hours but did not. We cleaned up several dead bugs ... also had kitchen issues with small ants. We arrived directly after Hurricane Ian when power was being restored to the area, so we were understanding that everything couldn't be perfect. We raised no issues with management as relocating to another unit would not have been acceptable. We enjoyed the week in Siesta Key.

Fabulous Villa/location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I love the Island House. We always stay in one of the villas and it never disappoints. Our unit was the perfect size for our family, was very clean and just steps to the beach. All of the villas have their own style but almost all come with a lanai which is key to enjoy the outdoors. There is a community grill and of course the best sunsets you’ll ever see.
