Rækkehuset er beliggende i en sikker bygning i den historiske arsenal pladsen. Mange nice barer og restauranter er placeret på den samme gade lige uden for bygningen. De fleste, War Memorial, Crunch spil, skelsættende teater er inden for gå-stand afstand. Destiny Mall & Syracuse Universitys Carrier kuppel er 5 min kørsel væk. Nyd gratis Keurig kaffe og nyde visningen gade

Anden sal har 2 soveværelser, fælles badeværelse, vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Fuld soveværelse har udsigt over gården i bygningen og dronning soveværelse har udsigt over byens gader.

Dette rum er perfekt til professionelle, par, studerende, turister, nogen rejser og leder efter en overnatning. Godt sted at bo og se ishockey på Oncenter, NCAA fodbold eller basketball spil på kuplen eller i en bar på tværs af gaden.

The host was very responsive and available as needed. The home was clean and relatively comfortable, though in desperate need of updating. Parking was a huge challenge and ended up costing us about 60 dollars extra than planned as there were multiple events and road closures downtown so garage parking became necessary.

I am not sure what is 'desperate need of updating'. House has all the facilities, so not sure what needs to be updated. If you look at the last 1 year, I have got nothing less than 5 stars. Guest has reached out a few times about the parking issue but there is nothing I could do as the price they paid for reservation is aleady heavily discounted.

Great place

I was very pleased with my stay. Place was nice, clean, and in a great location. Detailed and easy to follow check in and out. I would stay here again if in Syracuse.

Great apartment! Neighborhood is colorful

The property is very nice and our host was terrific! Plenty of room for three adults. The neighborhood had lots of restaurants, and the coutyard was lovely. However, we were approached by several homeless people.

Gave it 5 stars because it wouldn’t let me give it 6 - Incredible location in the heart of Armory Square. Didn’t need the kitchen but if I did, it had everything I’d need. Spacious rooms and bathroom. Would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Syracuse.

Really convenient!

Great spot in the heart of downtown Syracuse. Host has a pretty stocked kitchen for cooking and a lovely set up. Was super easy to communicate with for any questions.

The location of this apartment is perfect - walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants. Anil is a great host, very quick to communicate and answer questions. Would recommend!!

Downtown Getaway

Within walking distance to numerous great restaurants. Only downside, on Friday and Saturday night, it can be a little loud outside. I would suggest a noisemaker if you are a light sleeper, which I thankfully am not. The host gives excellent instructions and the place was very clean. It’s a great location.

Short Stay

Great communication with the host. Location was wonderful and within walking distance to the places we were visiting. Restaurants nearby but, area wasn't noisy. Apartment was nicely decorated and well stocked. As an older couple visiting with a preganant daughter the only thing we found uncomfortable were the platform beds. We found it too close to the floors making it difficult for me to get in and out of it. I would definitely recommend this listing.

Great location!

The unit was as advertised, clean and well-stocked. The kitchen had most things you might need, including a Keurig with plenty of pods provided. Be aware that this unit is in the middle of the nightlife district and the surrounding streets can be busy and abit noisy on weekends. The unit itself is up a couple of floors and I didnt find it bothersome, but if you go to bed early or are particularly sensitive to noise you might want to use earplugs. On the plus side you're in walking distance to restaurants, bars and the like. The host commumicates clearly and let me know immediately when there was a building-related issue. I will definitely stay here again next time Im in town!

Sunny place in a great location

This was a very nice, clean, large place in a great location – a mixed-use apartment complex location directly over Syracuse’s main (only?) entertainment district. Walking distance to most attractions. Big windows offer good views of street/historic buildings and make it sunny and bright. (We weren’t there on a weekend, so I can’t assess noise on a Fri/Sat night, but a. this isn’t the student district, b. the windows don’t face the main drag of bars and c. the smaller bedroom would be quieter.) Host was very nice in letting me leave luggage until after check-out time.

I really enjoyed my stay at Anil's condo in the Armory District. So many good restaurants and bars in the area and walking distance to the University and Centro bus terminal. Very clean, well-appointed. Would stay there again, no question.

A really nice spot in a great location

We really were comfortable at Anil's place - he is an excellent, responsive host, and the place is cute and well-located. I appreciated his stock of steel pots, gas stove, laundry, the wood floors, the artwork, plenty of natural light, double hung open-able windows in bedrooms and kitchen to air things out. The people who live nearby were all friendly and helpful as well. Things to know: sound - bring a sound machine or earplugs, the building isn't sound tight, sometimes city noise comes in. We would return.

Fantastic Location and super cute condo!

Great experience! You can't beat the location of this place if you are visiting Syracuse. It's perfectly situated to enjoy all the restaurants and shops. Street parking was pretty easy to find even on the weekends. The host was great to work with and the place was clean and very comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here !

Beautiful, clean 2 bedroom apt in heart of the city

This place was perfect, 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds, clean, inviting, private courtyard right in the action on Armery Circle. Close to everything and walking distance. No need to rent a car here and frankly I wouldn’t. Host was awesome!

Great Property

Property was well maintained and clean when we arrived. Anil provided a walkthrough of everything within as soon as we arrived. The guestbook provided instructions for just about anything we needed. Street parking was well available and with the exception of Saturday Night, was pretty much as easy as you could get, although I did have to move my car early morning one day since parking was metered during the week outside of the holiday, but a nearby garage provided parking within a block for $10 for the entire day. The property was in the center of Armory Square, which provided quite the people watching experience from the windows, but also provided everything you needed within walking distance. Having a store across the street and a Starbucks downstairs meant the need to travel far was not necessary. While my travels (bowling tournament) are unlikely to bring me back to Syracuse anytime in the near future, should I have a reason to come back here, I would highly consider renting this property again.

Great Location In Town, Condo Needs TLC

We enjoyed the good location of this condo right in the center of bars and restaurants near Armory Square. There is nice artwork on the walls. However, we were less than pleased with the general cleanliness. The owner lives there and it did not look like he had engaged a maid service prior to our arrival, which we would have appreciated. The vanity in the bathroom was dusty and I had to wipe down a glass shelf to put my toiletries on it. The tub was not white, but had a grayish tint like it needed a good scrubbing. There were 3 light bulbs out above the vanity. There needs to be more lighting in both bedrooms also. The floor in the kitchen looked like it needed mopping and the refrigerator shelves had not been cleaned. Trashcans in the kitchen and bathroom had not been emptied. Everything needed a thorough dusting. In the guestbook, there were no instructions for how to dispose of trash or how to operate the TV remotes. This place has great potential, but we expected more from our 6 night rental.

Townhouse is located in a secure building in the historic armory square. Many nice Bars and restaurants are located on the same street right outside the building. MOST, War memorial, Crunch games, landmark theater are within walk-able distance. Destiny Mall & Syracuse University's Carrier dome are 5 min drive away.
