The view of the pool and ocean was beautiful. Spent most of the time on the balcony when we were at the condo. Unfortunately there are only 3 chairs on the balcony and we had 4 people since the condo is a 2 bedroom 2 bath we would have thought there would have been 4 chairs. The condo was nice and a good size. The pool resembles one that would be at a resort. Location of the complex is perfect for walking to stores, restaurants and bars. Enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the pool and ocean views, the balcony time, the spacious condo, and the convenient location for walking to shops and restaurants. We apologize for the inconvenience of having only three balcony chairs for four guests. We appreciate you pointing that out and will pass the suggestion along to the team to evaluate adding additional seating. Thank you for staying at 433 Shorewood Villas — we hope to welcome you back to Hilton Head.

Thank you for your review! We're glad you had a very good stay and appreciate your feedback. As noted on our website and in the rental agreement, we provide a starter supply of household essentials, including dishwasher tablets, to help guests get settled. Additional supplies needed throughout the stay are the responsibility of the guest. Beach umbrellas are not an amenity provided with our rentals, though we understand the convenience they could offer, particularly for guests flying to Hilton Head. Thank you for choosing Island Rentals of Hilton Head. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back for another enjoyable island getaway!

Great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The villa was very nice, as described. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and two small children. The only issue we had was there was no curtain in the second bedroom. There was a blind covering the window but at night the light from the outside hallway came through and it was very bright. We ended up putting one of the comforters over the window so we could sleep.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We're so glad you enjoyed the villa, found it accurately described, and had plenty of space for your family to relax comfortably. We appreciate you bringing the bedroom lighting concern to our attention. We understand how important a comfortable sleeping environment is, especially when traveling with young children. We'll share your suggestion regarding additional window coverings with the homeowner for consideration. Thank you for choosing Island Rentals of Hilton Head. We're happy you enjoyed your stay overall and hope to welcome your family back for another wonderful island getaway!

Great location near Coligny and a wonderful view of the ocean. The pool is nice. I appreciated that 4 bicycles, 4 beach chairs and some beach toys were included. Host was responsive when we called that two of the beach chairs were broken and they immediately replaced them with new ones. I plan to stay here again in future visits to Hilton Head.

We love Shorewood Villas and will continue to stay at this complex. This unit is clean but tired. For the price, I expected a completely up to date unit. The master bathroom is dingy and the shower is cracked in multiple places. The closet doors in the master are about to fall off and I was afraid I would break it. A few cosmetic things would change this entire unit. Even without the updates, it’s a nice property. The location is great and it was a quiet area of the complex!

It was recently renovated and the beds were very comfortable. The view is amazing. We enjoyed seeing the dolphins almost every day. There's always something to look at when watching the ocean. The patio furniture was nice. Only downside, the couch is very uncomfortable and the dining room table is very wobbly. We are looking forward to coming back next year.
