Cozy, and close to everything!

This property was easy to access (keyless entry), parking right out the front door, easy to find, and super close to everything! We enjoyed making our own meals in the well equipped kitchen. And were able to do our laundry before we left. The beds were cozy, we watched movies with the kids at night... it felt like home. Minutes away from the Titanic Museum, grocery shopping, and a short distance from Sight and Sound theater and Silver Dollar City. There a gas station nearby, an excellent breakfast/brunch at Steamy Joes, not to mention the BEST smoked brisket at Old 76!!! This quiet cozy property is perfect for a party of 4!

The place was as represented. quant and comfortable The owner was very responsive. We had difficulty when first accessing the proeprty and he respnded within 5 minutes. Ienjoyed my monrng coffee on the deck each day. I will mention that there were large stains on the upholstery in the living area, the floors were not very clean and the extra blankets stored in the closet had not been laundered.

First showed up at the property, went to the door, and the door was wide open, did not know if we should go in or not so I checked for security reasons? Then we got into the place found the toilet downstairs did not flush. The handle was broke. The security bar on the patio door is broken. Both ceiling fans are coded and dirt about a half inch on top with dust and dirt then we saw one smoke alarm missing wires were hanging out filter for the air conditioner was plugged solid. That was the start, but it was our first time ever doing Renting a place like this or doing it the first time so I’m not sure what to expect. just trying to be honest. also found the couch very stained. I would recommend putting covers on it other than that and then we used the dryer, but the lint thing was about an inch deep and lit, and I also noticed the back inside the dryer was plugged up with lint too, which could be a fire hazard in the long run. I think with a little maintenance little deep cleaning it would be a nice place.

We had a wonderful stay here! It was. Good location and although it’s somewhat dated, they did a good job making it super cute and clean! The only negatives that we had were that the bed downstairs was uncomfortable and there is a neighbor on one side (it’s a end unit) and every morning around 8:30 the neighbors dog would non stop scratch the door and make noise which was right on the other side of the bedroom. If you wake up early then it’s not a big deal but we were always up late and sleeping in. Obviously this isn’t the condo owners fault. Other than that it was perfect for our needs and had everything we could want… including wash machine soap pods!

Spring Break Getaway

It was our first time in Branson, and we enjoyed the perfect location and what it has to offer. Darren was great to work with and provided all the information needed. The place we stayed was clean, had all the accessories we needed, and was in a great location out of the main roads but close enough to the fun! We would recommend this place to those who want a small, easy-access, home-feel.

Christmas getaway

The property was very charming and delightfully decorated and super clean. But it has very steep stairs, which were a challenge for my 79 year old sister. The owner was very kind and helpful!

Cute and cozy

Loved the loft! It was decorated for Christmas which we really enjoyed! Unit was just as described. Perfect for a cozy weekend getaway.

Condo was as advertised

Condo was clean, in a quiet neighborhood and perfect for two people. Would stay there again. Good location that made access to strip convenient.

Outside area very dirty with cobwebs everywhere and smelled of cat urine, by the description we didn't realize that it was an upstairs unit {When it said stairs were involved we took it to mean the second bedroom in the unit, which we weren't going to use anyhow}. Also the photo showing the view from the back deck was taken from another unit {no view, only trees}. We will not return to this aging rental !

Nice Place!

Property seems to be well taken care of. Organized, clean inside and the grounds outside are clean and well groomed. Nice quiet Neighborhood. Will consider staying here again if needed.
