Great little apartment perfectly located a few blocks from Hyde Park (shopping/ restaurants) and a block from the Bay!!

Cute Apartment in Hyde Park

This place was in a great location for Gasparilla. Easy walking distance to Hyde Park Village. Very quiet location. The only downside was the dryer not drying clothes.

Hyde Park Apartment

I loved the building. I loved the unit. Property Manager was helpful and accommodating. Hope to stay there again in the near future.

Amazing apartment - Exactly like the photos

The apartment is great! The design and layout accommodated our family of 4 without an issue. It is equipped with everything you will need for your stay. The neighborhood is very safe and beautiful. I was very impressed with the quick response to any questions I had. Will definitely be staying there again.

Little gem in an ideal location

Great location in beautiful and historic Hyde Park! Walking distance to Bayshore Blvd and Hyde Park shopping. The apartment appears to have been recently renovated. It was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Modern appliances. The entire unit was immaculate. This will be our rental choice anytime we are visiting Tampa.

Most adorable 1 bedroom & perfect location

I stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment for a week while I was helping my daughter move. It was perfectly location only 1 block from Bayshore Blvd and was exactly as advertised. Nicely stocked, well decorated and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like the Brita water filter and Keurig coffee station. I would highly recommend this property for a single adult or couple. Check in and out was a breeze as well. Great job to the hosts! I would definitely stay at one of their properties again!
