Thank you so much for the thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the home and especially loved the easy walk to the quieter private beach — definitely one of our favorite perks too! 🏖️ Glad to know the house felt cozy, clean, and comfy, and that those beds helped you catch some serious vacation Zzzs. 😴🌙 We appreciate the feedback on the patio access and pocket doors — definitely noted! While the home was designed with relaxed beach vibes in mind, we totally get how extra privacy can be helpful with a group. And ugh, mosquitoes — they do love that shade! We’re always looking for ways to improve, so this kind of insight really helps us. We’d love to host you again anytime you're ready to chase that beach-life dream! 🌊☀️ — The Gulf Tide Vacations Team

Thank you so much for the thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear that you and your family enjoyed the home and especially made the most of that convenient private beach access—it really does make a difference! Great tip about bringing your own chairs and umbrellas too. 🌴 We totally understand your disappointment about the top balcony. It is currently locked for safety reasons, as the third-floor area is often used by guests with children under 15. While we know it would’ve been a great spot to catch fireworks, we appreciate your understanding. We’ll be sure to share your feedback with the homeowner. We're so glad the rest of your stay was relaxing and that the home gave you a cozy, beachy escape. We’d love to have you back again soon! ☀️🏖️ —Gulf Tide Vacations Team

Hi Michael, Thanks for your review and for sharing your experience. We are glad to hear the home was perfect and location was great. We are sad to hear we fell short on communication on an issue with the sofa bed not functioning. On Monday July 24th we sent a text with regards to the sofa bed which stated we had ordered a part to repair it and were waiting for it to arrive. We sent this around 11:15am. We do follow up with post stay surveys completed as well, usually within a week from check out. We try to communicate as much as possible without being overbearing and intrusive on your stay. We do hope that you will stay with us again. All the best, Gulf Tide Vacations

Thanks so much for your kind review! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed your stay, found everything clean, and appreciated our team's responsiveness. It's also great to know the beach location made your trip even better! We really appreciate you mentioning the toilet in the queen bedroom and the pillows. Feedback like yours helps us continue improving the guest experience. We'll have our maintenance team inspect the toilet, and we'll also take a look at the pillows to see if it's time for an upgrade. Thank you again for choosing Gulf Tide Vacations. We hope to welcome you back to the Emerald Coast for another great stay soon! 🌴☀️

Thank you for the five-star review! We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay and appreciate you choosing Gulf Tide Vacations. We’d love to welcome you back for more beach days and great memories! 🌊☀️
