Satisfying

The view of the ocean was perfect the in door pool and hot tub was great for my kids it’s in the perfect location for traveling to places near ! Plenty of room inside the condo the pictures looks exactly like what your getting .

Vacation

Everything, was good except that the. Dryer didnt dry. It ran but didnt heat. I reported it to the owner on Wednesday and he said he would try and have an appliance company come out to look at it. I never heard back from. We checked out Saturday and neve had a fully functioning dryer for the whole week with 3 kids.

Summer Vacation July 2023

Check-in information was sent days in advance for ease of planning. Codes for the building accomodations & for the room worked well with no issues. Ring doorbell on front of unit. The pictures on the website were just as appealing as the property itself. We were greeted with 2 bottles of water and M&Ms after our long drive. We couldn't figure out how to get the TV in the main living room area working - but a quick text to the property manager and received a friendly and prompt reply with more information on how to fix it! The building itself was very neat, clean, and had plenty of games and books available in the common area. We loved the smaller atmosphere as the community outdoor & indoor pools and the hot tub were never crowded. There were always open lounge chairs for the adults to relax on while the kids were swimming. Added bonus, there were additional beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys in the outdoor closet. Also, the outdoor bar on the balcony was a huge hit with our family as we enjoyed family meals while overlooking the ocean. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! We had an amazing time! Our family loved spending time here and will definitely be back! ☺️

Adorable 4 BR in Windy Hills

Heather was an amazing host! Her place was amazing and had everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely plan another trip to her place next year!

Great Condo and location

The condo was beautiful! It has everything you need and then some. Easy to get to and is in a great location to a lot of shopping and places to eat. The beds were very comfortable. Would love to come back again. The Utleys
