Blue Reef Villa was the perfect home away from home. The pool, the beach, the house, everything was excellent. The house is on Little Exuma, literally 5 minutes away from the most beautiful beach (Tropic of Cancer). We felt comofortable the entire stay. I would reccomend Blue Reef Villa to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing slice of paradise.

This is the perfect getaway! Its private, waterfront property is made even better by the local spots to eat right up the road. The host/house manager is very helpful and accommodating to any needs or requests you have too!

The house has amazing beach views and you can’t beat the lagoon you have access to hang out, kayak and float. That was everyone’s favorite day. The house was upscale and had all the things!

This was the best trip! Be sure to take advantage of Judy, the concierge—she was incredibly helpful and made everything so easy. While it is a remote destination, that’s part of what makes it so special.We also did the 8-hour tour with Exuma Water Sports and visited some of the coolest spots in the Exumas. It was an unforgettable experience and absolutely worth it.I would highly recommend this trip to anyone looking for a unique and amazing getaway!

Great place for family vacation

We had a wonderful time at Blue Reef. It is a very relaxing getaway. We enjoyed the openness of the house along with the pool and the kayaks.

Amazing house

We loved the house! It was perfect for our family of six adults and 4 girls 5 and under.They lived the pool, the view was amazing, we loved the kayaks too. We packed lots of food and probably would pack more for our next visitOwner and property manager were very responsive to minor issues we ran into.

Family vacation

Perfect property for our family of 12! Kids loved heated pool! Loved the sun deck and our beautiful views! Enjoyed snorkeling and kayaking right off the beach. House was perfect. Our house manager was available whenever we had questions or needed anything! Can’t wait till we can all make it back! Thank you Blue Reef Villa!

Blue Reef Villa

Great home! On the far end of the island but easily accessible by car. The beach was wonderful, areas to snorkel and see lots of fish. You have your own private beach, great for kids. The roads to the house are not the best, but the house is worth it. Loved our stay and our friends want to stay here. We enjoyed the free kayaks and you can rent a jet ski and they deliver right to your home. Thank you for such an amazing vacation!

Gorgeous house

We had a wonderful week in this house . The house has absolutely everything you could need and was immaculately clean . Judy the house manager was very prompt with any queries we had . The house has drinking water which was a massive bonus and a beautiful heated pool . The beach and lazy river were just spectacular. I cannot recommend this house enough . We travelled with young children between the ages of 1 and 8 . 5 stars all the way ! We will be back , Thank you

The house was beautiful, everything about it was perfect. While we were there our 5 1/2 month granddaughter needed medical attention the day part of our group was using our only car, leaving us stranded at the house. When I called and requested Judy send a taxi for us, Wade showed up with a personal vehicle and loaned it to us for the day. Judy messaged and called several times checking in the baby.

Favourite Place On The Island!

Had an amazing stay at Blue Reef Villa. I’ve been to Exuma multiple times now and I have to say, this particular area of Little Exuma is now my favourite in all of Exuma. We spent most of our days in the lazy river, snorkelling in the reef directly offshore in front of the home and visiting the famous restaurants in the area. The owner Dean and the property manager Judy were extremely helpful whenever we had any requests. Our vacation was one of the best we’ve had in a while thanks to them! THANK YOU!

Annual Exuma Trip

We had a wonderful time at Blue Reef Villa! We loved the location with the sandbar and reef just a short swim away. We stayed at this location for the beautiful nearby beaches, (TOC, Pretty Molly, Forbes Hill), and tasty food from Santanas & TOC beachside grill! We had a few hiccups that needed attention during our stay... TV not working (took awhile to get fixed-- Georgia GAME on and husbands didn't like that), power outages (2- not sure if this is normal for the island?), and water in home stopped. All were resolved except for water dispenser refill which was requested on our 2nd day.

I apologize for the hiccups you experienced during your stay; we've put in a new TV/Cable system so all of our guests have all the channels they need. Additionally, we have a generator at the property to ensure the power stays on during this outages - sounds like the water issue may have been related to the power going out, but we'll ensure this is addressed for all future guests! What a place! Unreal vacation

I was so excited anticipating being the first guest at this new beachfront estate since it was completed. The property is unreal!!! The pictures are not done well enough to do it justice. It is way bigger then I expected and luxury plus!! It is simply stunning and high end from top to bottom. We walked the beach, waded over the lazy river sand bar and snorkelled the fish filled reef right out front of the house. The property is decorated with no expense spared, the heated pool was wonderful before bed. There was a back up generator and the place is massive. I never dreamed it would be as nice as it was. We were the first ones to experience since it was completed and have already booked a return trip. You will not be disappointed, it is a magical location and a stunning estate. Judy the property manager was a huge help and was always available to answer any questions. We will be back soon...thanks! Thomas H.
