The property itself is very nice. Of course, it is Florida so you will experience ants inside and some other bugs. We booked this property for our honeymoon, and we booked it specifically because we loved the outdoor entertainment area. We wanted to center our vacation around relaxing in the hot tub. However, we used it for one night and the very next day someone had come to balance the pool chemicals and messed something up. Water was draining from the hot tub, and it wasn’t heating properly. We informed them of this immediately and continued to communicate with them throughout our stay. They expected us to try and fix this ourselves rather than sending someone with pool experience out. This occurred on a Thursday, we received no reply until we sent a second message to them the next day. This went on from Thursday, until Monday evening and they didn’t even make us aware that they were coming to fix it. Even after “fixing” it, the inside control panel was not working. We had to go to the outdoor control panel on the side of the home to turn it on and set it. We brought all of this to vesteva’s attention, and they see absolutely nothing wrong with how this was handled. Overall this is a beautiful property, but is managed poorly.
