Enjoy all the charm of this home which is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, just a short walk from Historic Downtown attractions, shops and numerous eateries and coffee shops with local flair. Magnolia Bungalow is just off picturesque Magnolia Ave. and a block to the Fountain of Youth archeological park where you can explore the original location of the oldest settlement in the US.

Newly and thoughtfully furnished for the comforts of guests, the home is light and bright, and features a large second floor front screened porch, the perfect place to relax in the evenings after a day of exploring the Old City. Magnolia Bungalw has a fabulous layout with an oversized king master suite upstairs off the main living space, and a queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and den on the first floor. There is also a twin daybed in the master allowing for extra sleeping space. Every detail has been thought of! Cook "at home" in the fully stocked kitchen, and rest well with crisp white linens and soft bath towels which are provided for you.

Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.

No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.

The property was beautiful. The only down side was only leaving 2 pods of dishwasher soap and 2 pods of laundry soap. There were only 3 towels in the down stairs bathroom. That doesn’t last long for 2 people showering every day.

Family Get Together
The property was perfect for our family get together in St. Augustine. The check in process was simple and the property owner was available for any questions. The location could not have been any better. Close to everything fun! Property owner has a a great journal to follow and help with things to do! Highly recommend and I will use this property again!

Favorite place to stay
We fell in love with this bungalow from the moment we drove up. The communication was excellent, it was incredibly clean, everything was perfect. The location is about a 15 min walk to historic shops and about a 5 min walk to Oldest Jail. St. Augustine is one of our favorite cities to relax in. We will definitely be back and hope this beautiful bungalow in available when we do. We would give 11 stars, if possible. 🌟

Perfect spot!
This home was perfect for our family and in a great location! It was close to downtown (right by the famed Magnolia Ave and Fountain of youth park), walkable, short drive to the beach, and good proximity to grocery/stores. Also central to my MIL who we came to visit. My daughter and niece are both 16 years old and REALLY loved having their own space downstairs with the bedroom/bathroom, living room, and game room! There is a giant closet in the primary bedroom upstairs with a window and an outlet. It's big enough to be a room! It was perfect to set up our toddler's playpen and plug in his sound machine. It made it very easy to get to him in the middle of the night if he woke up, too. My husband still had to work during the week of our stay and LOVED the separate office space. This home's layout works so well for families, couples, or 2 small families to share. I was also left a bottle of wine by the owner's, which I really appreciated and enjoyed. I received some vouchers too, which saved me $20 on the Alligator Zoo tickets. The owner's checked in often and were very responsive. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet, and home was very clean. I definitely recommend and we plan staying there again in the future.

Perfect Getaway in St. Augustine
Our recent stay at this vacation rental in St. Augustine was absolutely delightful! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and charm of the property. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the historic district and all its attractions, yet tucked away in a quiet and picturesque neighborhood. The house itself was beautifully decorated and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were cozy, the kitchen was modern and stocked with essentials, and the living areas were spacious and inviting. The host was incredibly accommodating! They made the check-in process seamless and were readily available to answer any questions we had during our stay. Overall, our experience was nothing short of fantastic. We would highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking to explore the charm of St. Augustine while enjoying the comforts of a home away from home. We can't wait to come back!

Actually, I didn't stay. My vacation got canceled but I booked the place and the other half of the party reimbursed me and went ahead and stayed. They said it was a great stay and I'm sure it was. We've booked condos in Florida for the last 3 years vacations and will continue to do so.

Cute and convenient spot
Cute house in a convenient spot to get to the tourist attractions/trolley system while being just outside of the heart of the downtown. I think you're getting the best of both worlds with this location.

Absolutely perfect!
As soon as we pulled up and and got inside I wanted to leave a review. The home is huge on the inside and in a great location. David left a note and a bottle of wine upon arrival. The neighborhood is quiet, except for the Peacocks across the road, which was more silly than annoying. Actually, during our stay, one peacock laid on egg in the front yard! You can frequently see the trolley tours on magnolia Avenue in front of the fountain of youth. The neighbor, Kathy is fun and friendly. Her dog Luca is so sweet. The beds were awesome! And I'm very particular about mattresses. The walk to the shops and fort was much shorter than I had expected also. Will definitely recommend!

Unique & Lovely Property
This rental has a unique layout with a bedroom and living room downstairs and the rest of the main living area up one flight of stairs. Both upstairs and downstairs porches are just lovely for sitting and relaxing. The home was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. There was a welcome gift and note which was very much appreciated. This is my second rental through iTrip and they really seem to care about your experience.

Comfortable and spacious
A very nice home that is near old town St. Augustine. Historic sites and great restaurants are nearby and within walking distance. The home has two floors with the primary living area, bedroom and kitchen upstairs. The kitchen is small but well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, etc. The best feature is a large second floor screened porch which is a great place to relax and enjoy the sun. The home is only a short drive from Vilano beach if you like sand and surf.

Comfortable and Great Location
Such a comfortable home, with a large master bedroom and plenty of room for the additional guest in the downstairs area. Kids will love the game-filled garage and movie room downstairs. The upstairs enclosed porch offers the perfect relaxing area for sitting with a coffee and enjoying the natural scenary of St. Augustine!

Perfect Thanksgiving get away!
Perfect! Stayed here for a 4 day Family Thanksgiving Holiday! Great communication with host! Everything we needed was there, plus some! Lots of added touches to make us feel special. So cutely decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Extra blankets were there for all of us to cozy up on the comfy sofas. Location is close to everything you could want to do in St. Augustine. We were able to walk to a lot of the things we wanted to do. Loved playing, Ping Pong, Corn Hole and Darts! Highly recommend this super clean Vrbo. Would definitely stay here again. A+

Perfect accommodations!
The house is incredibly clean and well supplied. Bedding, furniture, electronics (4 big screen tv’s) and decorations are outstanding. The location for this house is within walking distance of several attractions. There is off street parking, which is helpful if you have a car during your stay.

Plumbing was bad
Washing machine overflowed early in the trip and spent a day mopping water then we had plumbers in and out running very loud equipment the entire remainder of the trip except the holiday we could not use the washing machine or kitchen sink the rest of the trip it was a huge inconvenience since the reason we decided to try VRBO was for the access to a laundry and kitchen on property which we would up not having as our first time using it we were not happy
