The Residence 403 master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom. The bathroom features a double vanity and large walk-in shower with both a regular shower head and a rainfall shower head.   


The second bedroom has a king bed and shares a bathroom with the living space. It has a glass-enclosed shower and a single vanity. 


The third bedroom contains two sets of full-over-full bunk beds, a total of four full beds. This bedroom also has an en suite bathroom boasting a single sink vanity and a glass-enclosed shower.   


All bedrooms and the living room have a spectacular view of the mountain. 


The den offers a fantastic projector viewing experience along with comfortable seating. 


This residence provides guests with beautiful views while they cozy around the state-of-the-art fireplace in the living room. The kitchen is well-equipped with a Wolf range and oven, a speed oven/microwave combination and wine fridge.
