Recently updated with new furnishings, this retreat is steps from the beach and across from the vibrant John's Pass Village. Features a beachfront pool, dedicated workspace, and free parking. Perfect for families and groups seeking sun and fun! There is 1 assigned parking spot for this unit - with no additional parking.

Welcome to your beautifully updated, spacious waterfront retreat at Beach Place! This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is designed for comfort and relaxation, comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests.

Step inside to find a freshly painted and newly furnished living area, complete with new flooring and a large-screen TV. From your large front porch, you can sip your morning coffee while watching the boats go by, with lovely views of the John’s Pass bridge. The fully equipped kitchen features updated cabinets and granite countertops, perfect for preparing meals.

* Primary Bedroom: King bed and a futon, with a TV.
* Second Bedroom: Two queen beds, with a TV.

They only provide new linen for 9+ nights that's crazy

Barely avoided a serious injury.

Came to Madeira Beach for our family vacation and we're super excited for our stay due to the perfect location, being on the beach and super close to St. John's Pass. Those two things checked off perfectly and I couldn't recommend that enough. Upon arrival everything was great, checking in was easy. ***You get ONE parking spot unless you are lucky enough to get a spot where you can double park, if not you have to pay by the hour to park your additional cars. We arrived on time at 4pm for check-in but when we started unpacking we discovered it was a rushed clean up job. Underwear left in the closet from the previous stay, stains on the sheets and comforter, and our feet and my infants legs from crawling were black from the floor being dirty. When putting groceries away we discovered the ice machine did not work. We waited to see if maybe they dumped it from the previous stay but it did not. We contacted management about the issues so far and they sent someone out to fix it and clean up the messes. It was "fixed" but never ended up working. We were reassured we would not be charged a cleaning fee either. My older son woke up with a fever mid week and then my younger son along with myself and my mother....we decided to check the air filters and there was actually no filter at all. Very disappointing for the amount of money spent here and it unfortunately affected making memories with my family as well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall everything was great for our stay. Perfect location, right on the beach, clean and big enough for all of us. The only thing I do suggest, is some of your staff are not very nice, quite rude at times on things. Talked to a few of us in a very condescending way. All we did was ask about towels and then next incident was about checking out and if ok to leave our car for a few hours while we do beach before we fly out. Customer service should be worked on with some in the office.

Room was clean but could you updated furniture.And also the loud cars with loud exhaust was very annoying all the time at this particular unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Sunhost folks in the office could not have been more helpful. We were in limbo checking out of one hotel at 10:00 a.m and checking into the condo. They worked with us so we could park the car early and enjoy John's Pass and even called us when the Condo was cleaned and we could check in. Condo #103 was nice and clean. The check in/out was super easy and the location was ideal for enjoying Madiera Beach and John's Pass. We liked watching the draw bridge, but as we are from the Country, the street noise on that side of the building took some getting used to. The only suggestion I would have for #103 is maybe consider adding a few basics, like a roll of paper towels, a couple of k-cups, and a box of kleenex. Also, finding the walkway under the bridge to John's Pass was a definite plus as crossing that busy road was not fun.
