On stepping through the double-door entrance, you will be greeted with the Great Room where living, kitchen, and breakfast nook area form one huge space. Sliding doors provide views to the pool deck with multiple outdoor seating areas and the fabulous outdoor kitchen and bar area.

The kitchen is extremely spacious with granite worktops and glass mosaic backsplash. Stainless steel appliances complete the kitchen fit for the most demanding of gourmet cooks. The kitchen also has its own wet bar area for extra counter space + separate beverage refrigerator when entertaining family and friends. Dinner seating can be taken at the breakfast nook overlooking the pool area or at the kitchen bar area.

There are 2 further bedrooms on the other side of the home in what is known as a split plan bedroom design. This floor plan allows privacy for all guests. Each guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed or king bed. Each guest bedroom also has its own private bathroom.

On stepping out through the sliding glass doors, the privately screened pool and deck area is oversized with plenty of space and privacy for lounging in the sunshine, alfresco dining, or sitting quietly in the shade reading a good book! The pool deck also features a large outdoor kitchen with gas grill + bar seating for guests to sit and enjoy the theatre of cooking outdoors. There is also a smart TV located in the bar area for outdoor entertainment. Adding to the luxury of this outdoor space, there is a very comfortable living area located on the lanai plus dining seating and additional teak armchair seating. Steps from the pool deck lead down to the private dock with Tiki Hut with additional seating. A perfect place to end another day in paradise with a cool drink as the sun sets on beautiful Cape Coral!
