Amazing home - clean, updated, great layout, pool/spa & backyard excellent. Loved our stay!

The home was exceptional. Very clean open floor plan, and tastefully decorated. Loved all of the art work on the walls. The pool & spa were very well heated & lit up well into the night. My grandchildren wanted to live there forever! Our flights were moved up & the villa managed to get us in a bit early - very cooperative A+. The resort pool/club house are amazing. The kids loved it. Safe for little ones!

Beautiful Spot Well Located

Beautiful house with fantastic pool/hottub. We were there with 4 parents and 4 kids (10-16) and everyone loved it. Well located between Disney and Universal. Even the chill pool days were great with the dedicated pool and also their resort pool with lazy river etc. Highly recommended!

Best house. Amazing in every way. Unique in Solterra with privacy and a lakeside view.

Faultless support and service. Amazing location to all attractions. Beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly need. Best house we’ve ever stayed in. Great WiFi throughout with smart TVs everywhere. Super comfy outside furniture. So peaceful. You forgot you’re in a central location.

Great location and close to Disney

Stayed here with 4 adults and it was great. There was two master bedrooms with king beds and ensuite bathrooms which was perfect for privacy. The entire home was extremely well taken care of, very clean and tidy. The backyard is beautiful with a pool and a hot tub. It’s super private as it backs onto a lake. Tons of outdoor seating with couches and loungers to enjoy the day outside.

A great place to relax and reset it was so peaceful.

The Sunset Villa was perfect for what we wanted to achieve in a villa. The view of the lake from the pool and the general peaceful surroundings allowed us to unwind and relax. The Villa has every amenity you would require, it was immaculate throughout. Genuinely it was the coolest villa we had ever been to in terms of air conditioning, there was nothing better than spending all day shopping or at the pool then entering a welcoming coolness. A special mention to Devon who was on call whenever we needed her.

Beautiful villa with amazing outdoor area.

An amazing villa in an amazing location overlooking a small lake, no villas backing on to your outside area. Internally the villa was spacious with lovely decor and all the comforts of home. The outside area was the best we have ever had in a Florida villa. A particularly large lanai covered a fab comfortable seating area with outdoor tv (so we could watch England lose in the final of the Euros from the pool) as well as a large dining table and bbq. The pool was a great size which easily accommodated 5 adults each on their own lilo! Magical Memories were particularly responsive when we ran out of bbq gas, a new one was delivered the next day and the pool was cleaned regularly. Would highly recommend this villa. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you to Devon, James and everybody who ensured our stay was perfect from start to finish.

Review by Mark's Wife - What stood out the most was how attentive, helpful, and dedicated our host, Devon was and is. Devon was so responsive, even when we hadn't committed to the property yet. We asked several questions and asked for images, and Devon was quick to answer our questions and requests. I felt like Devon was a best friend of mine and it was easy to communicate with her. The house was wonderful. It was clean, comfortable, welcoming, and met our expectations. We truly enjoyed the back patio with the lovely patio furniture. The pool and spa worked well. The kitchen was stocked appropriately and we didn't need to purchase or bring additional cookware for what we prepared. The bedrooms were great and the beds were comfortable. We were grateful to have a fan in the primary bedroom on the main level, but most of the rooms upstairs didn't have a fan. I bring this up because the thermostat must have been on schedule because it would increase to 75 degrees at night and sometime in day (when we were out of the house) after we set it to 72, and those in the bedrooms without fans, were hot and uncomfortable. So, we had to monitor the thermostat regularly through different times of the day/night to ensure the house stayed cooled at 72 degrees. This isn't necessarily a con; the weather was in the 80s during our stay. Again, not a negative aspect of our stay, but FYSA. The community center was about 5-7 min walk away from the house and we enjoyed the lazy river and pool.

What a Wonderful Villa with the most stunning views

We have visited Florida more than 20 times, all of these visits (except the first) we stayed in villas with private pools. We have never rented a villa with such beautiful nature preserve views as this one has.We stayed there between september 13th 2023 and October 3rd 2023. We also loved the colours used in the interiors of this villa. The light teints were a relief for us, as most villas use so much dark brown furniture. We were only with the two of us, my wife and me. So we only used the ground floor. As I am a wheelchair-user we specifically asked if entering the villa would be possible with a wheelchair, which definitely was the case. Also reaching the terrace was no problem what soever. We would absolutely like to rent this villa again. As there is such a large lanai, it was always possible to sit outside without getting wet during the rainy times. As it rains quite often (mostly short periods) this is one big advantage over villas without a lanai. (Especially using a wheelchair). Also recently added very nearby an Olive Garden, Longhorn, Ford's Garage + Starbucks (Championsgate south-east side of I-4). Also the fact that the villa is in a gated community made us feal extra safe. Solterra Community also has very beautifull amenities like f.e. a swimming pool with lazy river. This has been the most beautiful villa of all that we have visited. Also we would like to thank our contactperson Devon from Magicalmemoriesvillas who has done an excellent job in handling any issues that we had during our stay. We will definitely book here again if the villa is available.
