The property is about 13.5 km | 8.5 mi from the La Paz International Airport (LAP) and 194 km | 121 mi from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).

We offer a private shuttle service from either airport. It’s best to pre-arrange your airport transfer. However, there are other means of public transportation, like the bus or other shuttle services. If you need assistance, let us know. We’d be happy to help!

Other Things to Note:
We provide some complimentary essentials upon arrival, such as toilet paper, soap, and shampoo. Please note that these are not replenished.

During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where at times, you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to avoid this. We ask that you please use water consciously, turn it off when it's absolutely not needed, and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and/or while bathing.) Our local team can provide you with assistance if you have questions. We appreciate your support and understanding and must remind you that the property has water tanks and a full cistern upon delivery of the property. If it is necessary to refill the water, it will be the guest's responsibility.

We invite all our guests to help us care for this precious asset, following these recommendations:
- Close the faucet while you wash your dishes
- Turn off the faucet while brushing your teeth or lathering your hands
- Take shorter baths/showers & turn off the faucet when lathering
- If you use the washing machine, please wash only when you have a full load

Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in.

Please turn off all fans, AC devices, and lights. Dishes without food should be left inside the dishwasher. A default will cause a $20.00 USD fine.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the unit and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are allowed.
- Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay.
- Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.

Interaction with Guests:
You’ll have complete privacy in the home during your stay. Should you need anything, please let us know. We’re available 7 days a week.
