The home features a gigantic open living space with coffered ceilings, a gourmet kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you'll need to enjoy cooking and eating at home including a blender, toaster oven, waffle maker and electric griddle, and k-cup as well as drip coffee pots. The fireplace is not in use.



The bedroom and bathroom set up is:

First Floor: king with attached, shared, full bath.

Second Floor: king bed with attached full bath, featuring an enormous double shower and vanity. queen bed, and two twins, shared full bath, large second living room with queen pullout sofa, washer/dryer.



All beds have high quality mattresses and come with pillows and blankets. **Please bring your own linens and towels or request the linen and towel package for an additional $250 after you book.



Inside there are 7 TVs using Direct TV. There are remote controls in each room. The TVs also stream.



Keep up to 3 vehicles out of the hot summer sun in the garage where you'll also find the outdoor shower conveniently located so you can rinse off after the beach before coming inside.



Enjoy wonderful, upscale amenities with your family including the use of two, 2-person kayaks with paddles and vests in the waterways behind the community, 2 adult bikes, 2 kids bikes, as well as other activities included with your booking described below. A pack 'n' play and baby seat, as well as some games and toys for kids are provided.



Spread out on the tremendous rear wraparound deck with shaded living area and TV overlooking the pool, amazing sunsets, and the community pond and fountain. Enjoy a cookout with the brand new Webber propane grill. Use the bikes to enjoy a leisurely ride around the community or to nearby beaches.



The home is on the west side of Route 1, halfway between downtown Bethany Beach and the bridge. Guests can use the public beach either two miles to the north with restaurant and other amenities or 1.5 miles to the south in downtown Bethany where you'll also find a traditional boardwalk and beach shopping. Additional beaches of interest can be found in Rehoboth and Lewes. All beaches have paid parking through applications or booth collection.



Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided by your host! The closest grocery store is only 5 minutes away with numerous shops and dining options from family to gourmet within a few minutes’ drive.



Included with your booking are 8 different activity passes EVERY DAY within 30 minutes of the home. Each day, you'll receive one pass, per activity. Ask about possible extra passes!
