Lofted Living w/ Garage -- The Largest 3BR at Espadin LoHi, Sleeps 11

When your group needs the most space in the building, this is the unit. A multi-level 3-bedroom loft on the 2nd floor with a dramatic layout that spreads across three dedicated bedrooms plus living areas accommodating up to 11 guests total.

THE SPACE:
King bed in the primary bedroom. Full-size bunk beds (full-over-full) with pull-out trundle in the second bedroom. Queen bed in the third bedroom. Two Twin Rollaway beds available. 2.5 bathrooms (2 full + 1 half bath) across the multi-level footprint. Full kitchen with dining for 8+, in-unit washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi. LEED Platinum certified building.

DOG-FRIENDLY:
Up to 2 dogs welcome with $75 pet fee. Sloan's Lake is a 15-minute walk. No cats permitted.

PARKING:
Garage parking available ($25/night). Free street parking also available nearby.

My family stayed for three nights. The condo was very spacious. It had two outdoor spaces. The kitchen was well equipped. They were quick to respond to our texts.

Clean and modern

Well run, spotlessly clean, modern decor apt. Easy access to freeways but quiet. Nice cafes nearby. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely return if our travels brought us back to Denver!

Fantastic

We loved our stay here. It's a great building that's very easy to get into. Wonderful location in walking distance to lots of fun restaurants and a quick drive to downtown and many attractions. Parking onsite would have made it even better, but we had no issues finding a parking spot on the block. We also appreciated how the condo was stocked with plenty of cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. We had seven people, and there was plenty of space with very comfortable furnishings. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Great location! The internet did not work. Generally cold inside, thermostat unfriendly. Loved the nice maker.Animal hair on floors.No travel crib available.

Overall great property & fun location, very spacious and the beds were comfortable. We loved spending time on the two patios as well as admiring the views from the rooftop. We did have an ant problem in the main living space during our stay. The host brought someone out to deal with it promptly but it did continue to be an issue throughout the week.
