This outstanding custom home sits on a high ridge over the Pacific in the exclusive, gated South Beach neighborhood of Neskowin. That brings you stellar views of the sandy Neskowin beach, iconic Proposal Rock and the north coast down a rugged, tree-studded cliff to the sea. Neskowin Lookout makes the most of its location: almost every room in the home has huge ocean-view windows, and on the beautifully furnished deck you can relax in the hot tub and enjoy the gorgeous scenery.

The fantastic great room has soaring two-story windows for views and ocean light—your guests will love the ample sectional and leather recliners in front of the TV, and the easy access to the outside deck. The ocean-view dining room has a pretty chandelier and floor-to-ceiling windows that capture the coastline. Stunning Location

We Love Neskowin and have stayed in several rentals, this beautifully kept home will be added to our list. Views are Breathtaking! Home is very clean and we enjoyed it throughly .

Great views

The house was great, clean, roomy, beds were comfortable. The view was gorgeous, large outdoor space and plenty of room for eating meals. Would recommend and stay again! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Utter perfection!

While the pictures online offer gorgeous images, they do not do this place justice! It was even better than we imagined it would be. Right from the start, communication from the leasing team was excellent. We had all the information we needed, from how to get there and gate codes/key codes for the home. In the midst of our stay, the gate code changed but we were promptly notified via text. And we knew what was expected for checkout procedures. It was too easy! When we walked into the home, we found a spacious comfortable living room with plenty of room had we brought the whole family (we didn't---it was just us this time!). The kitchen had EVERYTHING we could have needed to cook. It was perfectly appointed and impeccably clean. The bedrooms were good sized and the king bed in the main bedroom was so wonderfully comfortable. We slept so well with the sound of the ocean just outside our window. The exterior was lovely. The hot tub is positioned well to take advantage of the beautiful view of the ocean/Proposal Rock. There was plenty of deck furniture to make the days comfy. While it rained the majority of our time there, when the sun did come out, it made everything so much brighter and joyful. We enjoyed taking in the views, even in the rain. It was a very short drive to the beach, but had it not been raining, it was certainly walkable. There was so much to see and do! We cannot wait to come back to this beautifully perfect slice of paradise!
