Have fun with the family at this stylish place. The contemporary cottage offers modern comfort in a sleek design, direct access to a sandy beach connecting with the serene waters of Lake Erie. Also, modern services like Smart TV for entertainment, etc, conveniently located under 90 min from Toronto, Guests can explore local dining options in a 20-minute drive and enjoy outdoor activities like fishing and water sports at nearby Byng Island. The beautiful Selkirk Provincial Park is also close by.
Other things to note
SUPPLIES: We'll get you started with items such as toilet paper, soap, detergent, cleaning supplies, paper towel. However you will be responsible for purchasing additional, if needed (should only be needed if you are staying for longer durations).

GRASS CUTTING: We have someone come and cut the grass every Wednesday, as needed. If it is raining on Wednesday, then it gets cut on Thursday.

I would highly recommended this location. This is my second time staying at Andrea's place. Views are amazing, place is lovely and Andrea is great to deal with!!

We stayed a week in late September. The house is very modern and new. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and the balcony upstairs taking in the beautiful view. Taking a walk on the quiet road along the shoreline and on the beach was part of our daily routines. Perfect for a quiet getaway! Fast internet was excellent for my workcation!

Beautiful modern house with amazing view! Host was great to answer very quickly! 5 women stayed ranging in age from 42 - 85! Great place to sit and relax or jumping off point to visit Niagara Falls or Hamilton to view waterfalls! Highly recommend!

It was a beautiful home but the cleaning staff didn't show up. Dirty sheets on the beds, garbage everywhere, dirty hygiene products still in the garbages. Big pool of water in front of the dishwasher bc the previous renters were rather careless and ripped the gasket out of the track.

The property and views are breathtaking. Fit our group of 6 perfectly. Andrea was always available for any questions we had. Minor issues such as bugs (which go with the territory) and the smell; also no co trol over that prevented us from spending more time outside but the inside amenities made up for that. Ready to book again!

Other than a few cobwebs we had a lovely stay. It fit the 5 of us well. Had almost everything we needed. Only drawbacks were there was no suitable place to use the firepit, and the 0900 check out time. But not a huge deterrent. We go away as a group yearly and this fit our needs. Would definitely stay again. Andrea answered any questions we had in a very prompt manner and was very easy to communicate with. Thanks for a great girls weekend.

Beautiful spot. Very quiet and peaceful. Brand new house (you could still smell the paint) that was still a work in progress (basement wasn’t finished and not closed off) though you could see the potential. Though the communication was great, it was unfortunate that it was not disclosed that the dishwasher was broken, no big deal but we weren’t supplied with dish soap nor was there any hot water in the kitchen sink our entire stay. Also not disclosed was that a bird was nesting in the exhaust so the main floor unfortunately smelled of feces and urine. We were told when we brought up the issue was that it was being handled after our stay.

Cleanliness

This is no reflection on Andrea, but the cleaner that she hired. The floors were dirty, and the windows were dirty. Lots of dust on the lamps. I would suggest that and have a conversation with the cleaner . We had to wear our shoes because the floor was so dirty and her feet are getting black

Great view

The lake house was exactly as advertised, very roomy, awesome lake view. There is a king size bed in main bedroom although the listing stated queen size. Large bathroom and shower. Lots of room for parking. Have booked already for July.

Great location, better view

The house was great, the view was even better and all in all was a pleasant stay. Only a few areas of minor concern.The carpet in the living room has corner curling up, as for overall cleanliness, there was cobwebs in corners and stairs and some dust build up on the ventilation vents, But nothing serious. We're already planning on coming back to the property.

Writing Retreat

We were looking for a quiet, clean, convenient space to spend dedicated time to write. We found it here. The space was exactly as advertised: clean, spacious and fully-equipped. Our host responded to our questions promptly and provided complete and detailed answers. She was fantastic.

Wonderful place to escape

Thank you to the host for a truly wonderful stay! This modern, spacious, and fully equipped cottage was absolutely perfect. The stunning lake views, super comfortable accommodations, excellent Wi-Fi, and thoughtful amenities made for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Just bring your clothes and settle in! Whether you're traveling solo, as a couple, with family, or working remotely, this place is ideal. With its beautiful lake view and everything you could need, I highly recommend this location.

We recently stayed at this beautiful lakefront cottage for a weekend and it was amazing. The house is modern with a spacious kitchen and living space that comfortably accommodated our party of six. The frontal view of the lake is absolutely breathtaking - waking up to it and spending time on the porch was one of the highlights of our stay. The host, Andrea, was incredibly personable, accommodating and easy to communicate with, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. I recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing and picturesque getaway.
