This house is perfect! It’s 2nd row without a street or telephone lines obstructing your view. The house is completely fenced and the beach access gate is in your own yard! Casa Pelicano is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home. All 4 bedrooms have sliding doors to the patio. While the upstairs of the house will not be used during your stay, there is a third patio with fantastic unobstructive views of the Sea of Cortex. The kitchen is cozy and fully equipped with everything you’ll need. There is a living room with a smart TV, a breakfast bar, and 2 large couches. Outside is a picnic table to sit 10, patio chairs and even chairs to take to the beach. A palapa for shade, an area for corn hole (bring your own), and a fire pit is there for your enjoyment. This is a great family (or 2) house made for those who want to spend time at the beach, in the yard or patio viewing of the Sea of Cortez.
