The villa offers an open-concept floor plan, with living, dining, and kitchen areas seamlessly flowing into each other. The living area offers plenty of seating, a TV, and access to the screened porch. For guests requiring additional sleeping space, a queen sleeper sofa is also found here. The kitchen is fully equipped and features white cabinets and granite countertops. As an end-unit villa, this property features a light-filled, bump-out dining area not found in interior units.

A comfortable king bedroom awaits you after days spent biking, golfing, or relaxing at the beach. Enjoy resting in ultimate comfort—this bed has a Tempur-Pedic mattress topper. A SmartTV is also provided. The villa’s full bathroom has a shower/tub combination.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.
