Amazing location inside the gates! The property is a walk to restaurants and shops, and the golf cart provided an easy ride to beach clubs.

Lovely!

We had a wonderful visit at this beautiful condo. The furnishings were so accommodating and the condo is beautifully decorated. We loved watching the iguanas living in the tree tops off the balcony! The pools were so peaceful for an afternoon swim. Very easy check in and out. The staff was wonderful, and everything was spotlessly clean. Highly recommend!!

Incredibly updated, luxurious, every detail looked after, beautifully appointed, super clean, spacious, every amenity, nothing spared, super convenient location, short walk to town/restaurants, Yolanda was amazing - great cook, concierge was fantastic - an epic stay that exceeded expectations - we can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful Stay

This property had a great view. You have access to all the beautiful amenities and beach clubs in Punta Mita. Not to mention the amazing shopping and restaurants in town. The golf cart was very helpful. Yolanda is an amazing cook and spoiled us. We all wanted to take her home with us. We would love to stay in this beautiful property again. Carlo was great in helping us get ready for our stay.

This unit was very nice. Perfect location with HdM complex. The unit staff was terrific.Our only complaint is the HdM staff that run security and the facility. They are not polite and make the experience much less enjoyable than it could be.

Tropical paradise

My college friends and I enjoyed every second of our stay in this beautiful space! We really appreciated the concierge service in preparing our trip and managing it, We loved Yolanda who cooked and cleaned for us! We felt very spoiled with all of the amenities and extra help. The golf cart was a nice addition which allowed us to visit the beach clubs on the property. I would love to come back one day! Thank you to all of those who made our experience amazing!

Very relaxing stay in a gorgeous property

Immaculate condo in excellent location. Short walk to town of Punta de Mita with its many great beachfront restaurants. And easy golf cart ride to the various beach clubs within the private resort. We enjoyed them all but would single out Pacifico for sunset views. Staff everywhere were very friendly and attentive. Special mention goes to the condo’s housekeeper, Yolanda. She is a hardworking gem of a person and an excellent cook. Our concierge Carlo was welcoming and always available if needed. We will return.

Punta Mita for the win!!

This is the perfect vacation for a family. Our days were filled with relaxing on the beautiful porch watching the iguanas and birds in the trees, to traveling to the beach clubs, surfing, deep sea fishing, playing golf, there is something for everyone. The condo is beautiful, even better in person than in the pictures. The best part of the condo without a doubt is Yolanda. Her food is better than anything in town and we just loved getting to know her. She truly is a gem and will make your stay that much better. We can’t wait to come back and visit this beautiful place and people. Don’t think twice, book this condo, you will not regret it.

Gorgeous location, wonderful stay

The condo itself is beautiful, spotless and with beautiful decor. We spent much of our time on the expansive porch, eating Yolanda’s delicious meals, looking for whales on the horizon and laughing at the antics of iguanas in the nearby trees. The golf cart was great, and it was easy to get to multiple different beach clubs. Our concierge was very helpful and getting transportation to/from the airport and our whale watch tour was pretty seamless. The concierge can arrange whale watching/snorkeling directly from Punta Mita but we had already booked an excursion with EcoTours (wonderful trip, very knowledgeable naturalist). Echoing other reviewers, remember to bring cash (USD or pesos) as transport, groceries, tips, etc., are all in cash.

Fantastic getaway!

This property looked amazing in the listing and once we arrived it did not disappoint. Hacienda de Mita #803 is beautifully appointed on the inside and suited our group of six perfectly. Our chef/housekeeper Yolanda went above and beyond and took great care of us. With four teenage boys in our group, it is not easy to keep them fed. But, she did a great job and her food was outstanding. Also, our concierge, JJ was very helpful getting airport transfers set up as well as different activities we wanted to do during our stay. He was very responsive and took good care. Overall, we really enjoyed Punta Mita and will definitely be back in the future.

Amazing location, amenities, and kids friendly!

We had an amazing time in Punta Mita and this condo was perfect for our family of 6 with two young kids. Yolanda our chef was amazing and it was like an all inclusive hotel dining experience but better! Keep in mind that whatever you request to get cooked will incur a grocery bill which I didn’t expect but glad we brought cash to cover all those expenses. Staff were friendly and everything was really convenient to get around with a golf cart that sits 6 people. The condos at Hacienda de Mita are really well located because it’s 5 minutes from the “downtown” area and 5 minutes to St. Regis for spa and golf. Really amazing how you can see the Pacifico golf course right next to the condo which I played at and drove by. Our only regret was that we stayed too short (3 nights). Can’t wait to go back again!

Amazing Staff, Amazing Location/Amenities

The views, the semi private pool, abundance of resources in the home, the layout, and the Beach Club access made it Unbelievably worth it. Our Concierge JJ was BEYOND helpful and instrumental in our stay. We had some kiddos and our elderly parents require medical help and he provided a contact who was truly impeccable and that facilitated an amazing reat of the trip. He made reservations before we arrived, helped amen some reservation, add new dinner reservations (sometimes for a party of 12-14!). The restaurant on and off property are all delectable. Especially Sufi and Carolina. The best part of the trip had to have been the amazing chef/house manager Yolanda!!! She made my life a breeze. Emailing a menu the week before, all the groceries were there and she jumped right in to cooking for a family of 8! Yes, 6 kids and she was the best!!!!! We all loved her cooking and when she cleaned up our rooms and freshened everything up while we were out for the day- such a blessing to have. Late lunch was always ready for us when we would come back daily around 3-4 and it was 🎉🎉🎉 PERFECT. The use of the golf cart was TREMENDOUSLY amazing bc that is literally how you get everywhere and it’s so practical and easy. Thanks to all! We had truly an unforgettable 8 nights in the tropical paradise! (Blows Hawaii out of the water for us!) Cassie & Family

Incredible Property and Concierge Experience!

First time to Punta de Mita so other than beautiful pictures I didn't know what to expect. Was there with a group of 16 for a special birthday celebration and was in charge of finding a rental for our group of 6. I chose unit Hacienda de Mita because of the huge outdoor patio, beautiful view and bright, very open common area. The two master suites were especially stunning. The decor was was clean and modern. Awesome kitchen and dining area with lots of seating space and room to set laptops, etc. Would be nice to have more outlets for charging, but do you ever have enough? The cost was very reasonable and turned out to be a great value on a per person basis. The experience was elevated by how we were treated by the Concierge Team. Alan greeting us on arrival and got us acclimated with the property. He was responsive via WhatsApp for any questions. Our grocery order was ready for us on arrival (of course we over bought). Our rental included a 6 seater golf cart but we rented an additional one so we had flexibility. We had a small bump with one of the carts but it was addressed immediately. Yolanda was a true joy as she came every morning to prepare breakfast, clean and prepare guacamole and salsa and a couple lunches. We met up with the others in our group every day so we ate out for most lunches and all but one dinner. I must tell you, Yolanda is a wonderful chef and had we been in the room more during the day, we would have preferred her amazing meals. The beach clubs were all beautiful. Be mindful of some slippery areas around the pools. Service and food at the restaurants were good. Of course we always ordered too much but never left hungry. The last night we ordered pizzas and hung out at one of the other houses. It was crazy hot and humid, so most of the pools were not very refreshing. We got out Saturday afternoon without issue ahead of Hurricane Rosalyn. Plan to bring plenty of cash. Any of the extras are in cash, plus tips. A couple of the ladies got massages that they both raved about. And they come to your room so amazingly convenient. There is a market area very close to Hacienda de Mita so you can do a little shopping. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this particular property for the right size group. Thank you Alan and Yolanda for taking great care of us. You made our trip extra special.

Absolutely Beautiful!

Our family just returned from our exceptional stay at HDM 803. We all thoroughly enjoyed our trip although we wish we could have stayed longer. The picturesque view from the balcony & rooms are lovely. There are many resident iguanas living in the trees and birds & butterflies surround the property. The location is central to all the Beach Clubs & to the town. Everyday was spent at the beach & pool. We lucked out in getting to meet Yolanda. She is a stellar cook. Each meal was cooked to perfection. I can't tell you how much we enjoyed her; Yolanda is surely was an asset to our stay. We plan to return soon!
