We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed this property! The location was perfect—right on the beach with an amazing view, and far enough away from everything to truly relax and unwind. It was so peaceful being able to enjoy the beach and beautiful surroundings without all the crowds and busyness. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was exactly the kind of getaway we were looking for, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This cottage had breath taking views of Lake Superior and blew our expectations away. The high ceiling and tons of living space was perfect for our families stays. The most disappointing part of our stay was that it wasn’t longer! This cottage is an excellent choice to stay at.

This is a fantastic VRBO property. The access and views of the beach and Lake Superior is stunning and relaxing. We spent 3 days with family and enjoyed making dinners, sitting on the patio with the chiminea and taking walks on the beach. Great hosts and fantastic amenities. Quiet and Relaxation on Lake Superior

This house was perfect for our family (6 adults - my wife and I and our 2 children and their spouses). It is remote enough for quiet and relaxation, yet close enough to Houghton and many great attractions in the Keweenaw The views of Lake Superior are stunning, especially at sunset. Spacious, well-furnished, comfortable, and delightful are suitable adjectives to describe the Superior Retreat.
