We were so pleased with this condo. The location is perfect! It sits right on the river- our kids favorite part! It’s spacious and clean! We would highly recommend it and would stay here again!

Our go to place when visiting New Hampshire!

The location was great. The condo was roomy with a nice pool and lots of parking.I would suggest having a few pots and pans for visitors use and the bedroom with the 2 single beds, the beds could be upgraded for more comfort.Overall, it would was a nice place and I would recommend the condo.

The place was extremely clean, there was a smell of cat in the entry way but that was it. I was completely comfortable but the hubby said the beds were too soft. Loved that there was a swimming hole on site and it was a quiet space right outside of town. Would definitely return. Very happy having washer dryer on site.

We’ll maintained condo in a great location!

The title says it all! Location was great. Property was well maintained and there was plenty of room for the five of us. Space is plenty big enough to suit 7-8 people. Had a great time and would definitely look to stay here again!

Fun along the river

We stayed at this property as we were going to Santa’s Village with our family. Property was clean, well maintained and convenient to everything we needed in the Lincoln/Woodstock area. The description was spot on and management company was friendly and knowledgeable. We would definitely book here again. The unit and furniture were very comfortable.

Just amazing other than the part where there is not much network in the area!

We had an amazing experience of staying there. The house had all the games and kitchen was fully equipped. We just simply loved the stay and enjoyed with my family. Only problem was as there was no network and we reached at stay after hours, we had issues retrieving the code received through email to unlock the house.

Amazing Home away from Home

This vacation home was the Best we’ve ever stayed in. Loved the mud room with the washer and dryer. The whole place was so roomy and decorated beautifully. Our favorite thing was four room Air Conditioner’s that cooled the entire place. Loved all the Games that were there already. The back deck overlooking the beautiful stream was Great! The area was so serene and quiet!! The pools were so nice and refreshing. The Beds were all Very Comfortable. Will Definitely stay here again!!!! Thank you so much!!!🌟⛰️🥰 Doreen T. July 2023

Beautiful condo in Lincoln

There is a swimming hole on property with a lovely view too. It is close to town (less than 2 miles). If the traffic is bad, it is walkable to town. The only negative is that my partner found the bed too soft.

The location was very convenient to everything we wanted to do and I loved that you could see and hear the river from the deck. We spent every morning out here having our coffee. The property was very clean. The air conditioners are stand alone units and one broke the first night there but it was replaced the next afternoon. The one downside was that the beach was always crowded with people who came from outside the complex. Wish it were private for people staying on the property but the pools were just for tenants and we never too crowded. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again!

Worst Customer service

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Worst customer service. Stayed in Riverfront condo while the condo was clean to the eye we found several issues. First the living room furniture smelled like old wet dog and was broken so every time you sat on it it made a terrible noise. The beds were horrible, so old and uncomfortable that not even children could have a good night's sleep on the twin beds. Master bed was just a giant hole with a fluffy pillow topper on it. The refrigerator compressor was broken so every time it turned on the person closest to the kitchen was woken up by the loud noise. And lastly there were rodents in the unit. We did call and let them know about the rodents they sent someone out to place traps. The gentleman was sweet however when he left there were greasy rodent poison fingerprints all over the refrigerator, the counter and the stove that he touched. Loon Mountain Services did not care and we ended up leaving early because we could not sleep another night thinking there were rodents running around us. Even though we left early and left the unit spotless we were not offered any apologies nor offered any discount or credit. These people are only after your money. Also to clarify I spent a lot of time in the condo because I was not feeling well. Before I arrived I did let loon services know that I was very ill. I went online and checked the availability of the condo we rented and also of two other condos they managed. The three condos we're wide open with no other reservations until October. I asked if it was possible to move our reservation since I was not feeling well to another weekend. I did not ask for a refund. The woman laughed at me and said we would just have to cancel and no we're not getting money back. So I did go on the trip and I spent a lot of time in the condo so the issues of the rodents, the noise and the smell were ones that I witnessed firsthand for many hours.

We're sorry that you did not enjoy your stay as you should have, and did respond to your email saying you were departing with an apology. We work for the homeowners who expect the rental funds in the month of the reservation, so unfortunately there was no space to move you within the same home and month. We do offer optional travel insurance which would have allowed and covered a cancellation for illness. When you reported the mouse, we came right out to take care of it that night. This condo is located in a wooded area along a river, and the nights are cooling, so on rare occasions, a small animal may slip in while the doors are open. When our maintenance man went out the next day, a mouse had been caught. He checked the sofa and the compressor, neither of which was broken.
