Property was perfect. It was plenty big enough for our group to be all together both inside and outside. They property provided everything we needed. Highly recommend this property!

Large Family

We had an awesome time at this house. All my sisters and our kids had enough room to not go crazy, and all the games, water toys, etc. ensured there was something fun every day. Great trip!

The house and deck is beautiful and had so much room and seating. The owners go the extra mile with little convivences like sun screen, bug spray, a welcome drink/snack box, etc. All the games kept the kids busy when in the house. The dock had so much room and was fully stocked with life vests, noodles, rafts, fridge not to mention all the water toys! By far the best value and worth staying a little farther away from the Strip.

We had such a good time. 5 families together, 9 adults, 4 big kids and 2 littles and everyone had something to do! They really thought of everything someone might need or forget. The area is so spacious, especially the kitchen. The dock, sitting area, lily pads, paddle boat, kayak, fireplace, deck- everything was used and loved! The owner was very friendly and responsive which I appreciated so much.

Friends/family end of summer getaway

Fantastic Time

This lake house is perfect!! We had 3 families staying and there was plenty of room for everyone. Every detail had been thought of, down to extra toiletries, for anything that may have been forgotten. The dock was perfect for the kids and adults, with plenty of life jackets. The Lillypad was a favorite! The decks provided the perfect place for morning coffee and evening cocktails. We absolutely loved our time here and can’t wait to do it again!

The view is amazing. The space was perfect with 2 sitting areas inside and so many other places to gather outside to enjoy the amazing view. The dock was perfect with bluetooth speakers and all the water toys and life jackets and it was within a short drive to the state park I believe it was 30 ish min. The little touches were great as well like the basket of sunscreen, aloe, and aftersun lotion, the snack basket and coffee bar, and there was even a full firstaide kit. The driveway was really scary to drive down but after I did it once it wasn't as bad and the walk down to the dock is really steep as well. Overall we absolutely LOVED our time there and already plan to come back next year .

Highly recommend

We had 10 family members staying, ranging from 9-77yrs. This home was perfect for our family to have a wonderful time! The home had enough bathroom towels, kitchen cookware/utensils and even a nice basket with extra sunblock/sunglasses/beach towels to use. The dock had nice amenities which included the kayaks, pedal boat, swim pads, nice space for us to swim around and various sized life jackets. Beautiful views of the channel and wasn't overcrowded or super busy with boat traffic, so was more relaxing than staying closer to Camdenton or Osage Beach. Only downfall is that driveway to house and sidewalk down to dock are very steep as property owner clearly states in property description. But if you have AWD vehicle and are steady on your feet, don't let the steep description stop you from enjoying this wonderful location.

Great Dock & Views

The house was great and had just about everything we needed for our stay. We had 11 people on the trip and the house was big enough that it never felt too crowded. The dock setup was amazing, and having all of the dock accessories (lily pads, kayaks, nice chairs, etc) was our favorite part about the house.Everything was perfectly cleaned with the exception of the grill. There was a lot of grease built up in the grill and unfortunately it turned into a small grease fire, so we weren’t able to utilize the grill at all during our weekend stay. Both of the fridges also weren’t very efficient with cooling the food, as we noticed that after 3-4 hours the drinks were still about room temperature. So we had to move all the meat to our coolers to make sure they kept cold.

From the owner: “Thank you so much for staying with us! Very sorry about the grill. We have replaced it with a new one and are using a different cleaning service now that is keeping an eye on that. Also, sorry about the refrigerators taking a while to cool down. We have not gotten that feedback before or experienced that ourselves. I’m guessing that if they got loaded up with a bunch of food and drinks warm from the car and the door was open for a long time while loading, they can take a bit to bounce back. Hope to have you back down again soon!”
