Condo itself was perfect! Great views, great furnishings! Spanish Main as a whole needs some upgrades though. Very dated. But the condo itself made our stay very nice!

We were looking for a last minute reservation for ocean front and this suited us very well. Although during our mid October week there was repair/construction going on, producing noise particularly in the mornings. They were working on the stairwells and often had equipment and workers all around as we tried to use the stairs. There is an elevator but by the sound of it I HOPE it is next on the repair list. The unit itself was attractive and clean. We especially loved the use of the garage and the Beach Chairs!! The pool was attractive and clean with plenty of lounge chairs, and convenient Beach access.Thank you so much for the use of your Oceanfront unit with great Balcony views!

Condo was perfect for a teachers spring break. Plenty of room for 4 of us. Balcony was great for watching the sunrise .. and it was not super packed. We had 1 issue with the the AC, but managment responded quickly and fixed the problem. Would recommend to anyone headed to east coast of Florida.

Perfect condo for a beach vacation. The property was spotless. The communication was efficient and thorough. The location is centrally located with many restaurants nearby. We were able to watch the sunrise every morning with our balcony right on the beach. We will be back next year.

Amazing Stay!!

We had such an amazing stay at this property. The location was perfect for our family. We wanted a low-key, chill beach trip and wow did we get just that. The private beach access was key and the communication and recommendations from the property manager was such a nice touch. We are already looking at future dates to book again! Highly recommend staying here!

Parking was easy. #9 Garage was kind of spooky. The beach items were great. We also appreciated the amount of household items like towels, cleaning products etc. that were available. Furnishings were clean & up to date.

The stay met all or exceed our expectations. It was very comfortable and looks like it has recently been upgraded. The view was awesome. If there was one thing i would change is add some more patio furniture IE 2 more chairs and a larger table. Beside that we would definitely stay there again.

A Perfect Beachfront Getaway!

We had the most incredible stay at this beachfront condo! The location was unbeatable—just steps from the sand with breathtaking ocean views from the balcony. The condo itself was beautifully decorated, spotless, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Waking up to the sound of waves and watching the sunset each evening was pure magic. It truly felt like a little slice of paradise. We can't wait to come back!

Everything was great. We had an awesome time. Having a wife that likes to bring everything, :) I even appreciated the little things like having luggage carts/grocery carts near the elevator to help cut down on trips to the room. Natalie was a huge help and when we needed some recommendations she was quick to respond with some great suggestions. Will definitely be back and spread the word among friends and family.

They did have a second elevator on the other side of the complex. Now the apartment itself was wonderful with the appearance of clean. It was clean however I could tell that however they h
