Great place to stay!

The property manager is an amazing person and his hospitality was amazing. The place is clean and open. It is a great place to stay if you have appointments at MD Anderson.

Great location while we had appointments At MD Anderson. Hector was very easy to work with & his videos were so helpful getting to property. Felt very safe & the security guards were super nice & welcoming. Will definitely stay again if we travel back to Houston in the future

Quiet & Clean

The complex is quiet and felt safe. The condo was clean with ample towels. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. We would stay again!

Medical Center Star

I am a patient of M. D. Anderson cancer hospital and, as such, this rental is ideally situated for quick access to medical appointments. Owner is also extremely helpful in making sure your stay is a “Five Star”!

Most amazing host. If I could rate above 5*, I would.

Mr. Bidegain was the most wonderful host. His property was just as described - accommodating, clean, and location a plus to MD Anderson Hospital. We were in Houston because my mother was a patient at the hospital. It was a perfect 5 minute easy drive for us. Mr Bidegain was so thoughtful and kind to check on us via text everyday as to her status. Staying at this property eased the burden of our trip. I can’t express our gratitude to this kind man.

Convenient and Comfortable Stay Near VA Hospital

I recently had the privilege of staying at this VRBO property near the VA Hospital in Houston, TX, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. First and foremost, the location is unbeatable for anyone needing to be close to the VA Hospital. It's just a very short drive away or you can just walk across the street, making it incredibly convenient for my visit. The neighborhood felt safe, and I appreciated the peace and quiet it offered. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals during my stay. The living space was cozy and provided a comfortable place to relax after a long day. What truly stood out was the thoughtfulness of the host. He had provided detailed information about the area, including the nearby grocery store, which made settling in much easier. Communication with the host was prompt and accommodating. Best Host Ever!! Parking was hassle-free, and I always felt secure during my stay. The VRBO experience here was seamless, from booking to check-out. If you're visiting the VA Hospital in Houston or simply looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the area, I highly recommend this VRBO property. It made my trip stress-free and enjoyable, and I would definitely return in the future.

Major issues; left early

The owner did not supply check-in instructions through VRBO. He sent these via personal text message less than 24 hours prior to check-in. The instructions include the direction not to inform the security guard that you are a VRBO renter because "she gossips." He instructs guests to tell security that they are his friends and to try not to talk to the security guard. Had I received these instructions well enough in advance to book other accommodations, I would have done so. Unfortunately, that was not possible given less than 24 hours. After arrival, we were able to confirm with the property management company for this condo complex that no sublets less than 6 months are permitted per the ownership contracts. In addition to this, the owner was extremely rude about repairing an unreachable smoke detector, which was beeping constantly when we arrived, as well as the air conditioner, which was off when we arrived and was not able to cool the condo below 73 degrees. After the rudest of the communications regarding the A/C, which made it clear that the host was clearly angered by our request for help, we made the determination that it was best to leave early and seek alternative accommodations. Overall, you can tell the condo is regularly surface-cleaned, but it's beginning to get quite grungy on less attended surfaces (cabinets, baseboards, walls, etc.). The linens are nice. It's a shame it's being rented in breach of contract.

Great Condo!

This is a great condo in the medical corridor. It is exactly as pictured. I loved the vaulted ceilings in the master bath, and Hector had informative videos to assist with arrival and check in! Hector was a terrific host!

From the detail description, and exactly how to get into the location to being able to get into the condo it was very pleasurable. Our conversations with him were prompt and beneficial.. he’s a very gracious man, and would love to rent from him again

Close to engagement party for our daughter.

Overall my husband and I had a very pleasant stay and would book again when in Houston. Location was easily to navigate, security very good, beds were very comfortable, and it was nice to regulate air according to our needs. Having mirrors in appropriate places to check clothing before heading out was a nice touch and appreciated. Even having an Uber driver drop us off through secured gait was easy. Hector was a wonderful communicator and very accusable. Thank you!

Wonderful stay

We were in Houston for a graduation and found this place to be exactly as described - clean, convenient, and comfortable. Hector was very responsive and super friendly. His welcoming videos were a great help. Will definitely stay here again!

Great two bedroom condo that is gated with 24 hour security. The place is clean, looks nice and has everything you would need for a comfortable stay away from home. Booking and check in was super simple and Hector is very responsive to any questions you may have.

Spring break

Our stay here was wonderful. Quiet community, easily access. Easy driving distance to the NRG. We are at a restaurant called Wing Boss within walking distance. The best wings we’ve ever had highly recommend.

Good Stay

We stayed 3 nights. The place is clean. The couches and beds were comfortable. The jetted bath/shower did not work (no water) and the other had pretty bad water pressure. The very small pool is close by but has only a couple of chairs which were always taken. We didn't end up swimming which was a disappointment. One of the smoke detectors needed a new battery and someone was sent out within an hour. Hector was very friendly and responsive to my questions. Unfortunately we would not stay here again.

Beautiful home, wonderful owner

Nestled in the center of a lovely, safe, central condo community, with a marvelous staff of caretakers, this home invites you into a serene environment. The first of three pools, connected to a workout facility, is only 25 yards away, and is not only stunning, with a water feature and jacuzzi, but is a quiet, clean oasis. Inside the condo, the small kitchen is perfectly appointed, a little patio beckons a pause for morning coffee, and the living and dining room are roomy as well as cozy. Each of two on-suite bedroom bathroom combos are spacious with comfy beds and closets with ample room for storage. Hector, the gracious owner, is always a quick text away for any needs that arise and Betty comes weekly to clean in such a joyful, excellent manner that everything sparkles! Washer and dryer are hidden away but fully available and perfect for all large and small washing/drying needs. Linens are fresh and towels are fluffy! We’d live here forever if our children and pets weren’t waiting for us at home! And by the way, if you need a home while working in any of the medical facilities, this condo is merely minutes of a drive and I walk everywhere, finding walking access doable (if you’re a walker!). The zoo, Herman park, and several museums are very close, yet, with all the vibrancy surrounding its great location, the feeling of peace and the lifting of cares is ever present in this delightful space. We are deeply thankful for this wonderful home away from home! Welcome, no more need to search, you’ve found the best sweet-spot in Houston!

Great Host!

Hector was the most responsive host we have had the pleasure to work with. Any question or concern was answered immediately. The property was immaculate, quiet, and comfortable for our family of four. The pool was a wonderful place to cool off and relax in the evenings. Quick drive to many fun things in Houston!

The closest supermarket is KROGER at 7747 Kirby Dr, Houston, TX 77030. 1.9 miles away.

Walking distance to the Medical Center. Bus stop in the corner, 24 hr security entrance, 3 pools, Jacuzzi in Master bathroom, brand new furniture, appliances, fully loaded kitchen, several sets of linen, towels, very peaceful in spite of the popular location.
I've never lived in this property, I just bought it for VRBO, and designed it to be a kind of "Boutique Hotel", very clean, demure decor, and peaceful felling throughout.
I promise that you won't find photos of my granddaughters or my dogs, or any personal item that you might not be interested in
