Great condo right on the beach. The pool had no shade, but otherwise a perfect stay!

Great Location, Could Use Some Updates

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this condo was great! Very close to shopping and eating spots. Condo was very clean. Beds were not comfortable, dishwasher did not do a very good job at cleaning the dishes and the washing machine made a terrible noise when pulling in water.

Buena Vista sits in the perfect location on West Beach - walking distance to many restaurants and next door to a public parking area. The view, while not technically beachfront, is wonderful!

Softball vacation

It was a beautiful place to stay and relax for our daughter’s softball tournament weeks. I loved the ease of being able to get to the fields anywhere she played and our access to the beach..

Stay was great. Close proximity to the beach. Had a problem with the ceiling fan on the first day but never saw the maintenance man. Everyday when I mention it they said they put a ticket in. But everything else was great

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay in this sweet condo, so conveniently located in Gulf Shores. We apologize for neglecting the issue of the ceiling fan. We are addressing it now, but should have done so the very first time you reported it. We hope to assist you in planning your next visit to the Gulf Coast - hopefully in this same great condo!

Great Beach Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Highly recommend this rental. You are only steps from the beach and you have a partial view of the beach from the balcony. It is in a great location, only blocks from the main public beach. The unit was very clean. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. Some small inconveniences. Some fixtures and furniture are a little outdated. No ice maker or ice trays. Only one small roll of toilet paper per bathroom, no hair dryer. Still, we would definately stay here again.

Condo was clean with plenty of linens and beach gear. First impression of condo not good. The refrigerator is clean but an eyesore. Some furniture has tears and shows wear. First impression aside, condo clean and in a good location. Be sure to bring extra paper goods.

While the place was pleasant the attention to details and comfort was subpar to other VRBO places we have stayed at. The fridge on the outside looked like it was pulled out of the mire. Many of the dishes were dirty, and needed to be cleaned before use. The bed in the main bedroom was the worst we ever tried to sleep on. We slept very poorly. The other bed was egually as bad.

Emma, thank you for your feedback. We regret that you were checked in 28 minutes late, and, while we didn't refund an entire day as requested, we did provide compensation for your inconvenience. Buena Vista is so conveniently located next to a nice public restroom, that we know you and your children were able to enjoy the property's facilities and the beach while you waited for our call. We welcome the opportunity to assist you in planning your next visit to the Gulf Coast!
