Five golf courses are a part of the quiet Rotonda West subdivision tucked away yet accessible to all amenities. Rent a kayak, jet ski, or boat at one of the nearby marinas. We enjoyed our time at the house and in the pool . House was completely adorable and filled with everything that was needed . The only problem we had we the pool person came by and only adding chlorine tabs and didn’t add water to pool or didn’t vacuumed or clean the pool . Luckily my husband knew how to take care of the pool . Which he vacuumed and cleaned pool after pool person left . Otherwise we had a wonderful time . We would recommend this property to anyone .

Why they chose this property

We purchased this beautiful property and gutted it down to the bare walls and built it back to a brand new gorgeous home. Open concept with great views of the pool and canal in the back yard.
