Bocce Ball, Putting Green, Corn hole, Table Tennis, pool, spa, sauna are some of the outdoor onsite entertainment. Billiards, Foosball, Air Hockey, Basketball Hoop Game, Guitar, Piano, Board Games, Cable TV, XBOX 1S game systems, 4K 3D 7.2 Surround Sound Home Theater and oversized 4K TV's in each room provide entertainment when you want a break from wine tasting. Electronic virtual assistant and Chrome cast to all TV's available for the tech savvy.

Picnic tables and BBQ grill are at the house patio. Enjoy picnic lunch with vineyard view.
Store your wine purchases in our custom wine refrigerator. Keypad entry allows you to check in anytime after 4PM, Free Wi-Fi, Nest Protect and Thermostat control for your comfort and safety.

Brand new California King and Queen ultra-premium mattress in two bedrooms, Full and Twin premium mattress and trundle in bunk bedroom for your comfort. Game room sofa turns to queen bed and fold down sofa in the sitting room. Sleeps 10 for total.

Kitchen is fully equipped with plates, silverware, wine glasses, cups, pots and pans. The refrigerator is equipped with filtered water and has an ice maker. We have a Keurig brewer with complementary single cup coffees as well as hot cocoa, tea, non-dairy creamers and sugar packs.

Pool area includes salt water pool and jacuzzi, hot rock sauna, corn hole court, sunbathing, BBQ grill stations, fire pit, picnic tables, pool toys, towels, outdoor shower, bathrooms with showers and changing area.

Occupancy maximum is 10 people. We allows some visitors before 10PM, but please let us know in advance. NO big group visitors or parties are allowed on our property.

****LOCATION****
We are located center of wine county!!
Walking distance to the best wineries and restaurants, such as Avensole Winery (across Rancho California Rd.), South Coast Winery (less than 5 min. walk, at the traffic circle), Carter Estate Winery ( next to our property, on the same side of Rancho California Road, 1200FT walk), Falkner Winery (5min. walk between vines).
Ponte Winery, Lorimar Winery, Wilson Creek Winery, Maurice Car'rie Winery, just to name a few, are within 1 mile away!

Also, wine tour bus, limo companies and horse trolley rides are available to take you to all the wineries safely without the worries of driving.

If you want to walk to wineries for wine tasting or use Uber, limo service and tour bus before check-in time, you can park your cars outside of our fence line. Maximum 6 cars are allowed. Just text me to do so, then we know those cars belongs to you.

****Guest Access****
Our property is all fenced in on a 2.5 acres. We also have resort RV for rental. Please NO ACCESS to the RV at anytime. Please respect each others' privacy. RV accommodates 4 people. If you need extra space for your group or you just want whole property only for your group, please check VRBO#1040010 for pictures & more information. If you book both places whole property is just for you!

Also, there is a big garage by the gate. We have hot air balloons stored, and our crews need to access the garage at anytime of the day, so please NO PARKING in front of the garage and NO ACCESS to the garage at anytime. Other than that, the home is all yours!

*****Note***
We fly hot air balloons in Temecula Valley and San Diego. We store our hot air balloons onsite. Every morning and during the day, crews will come on the property to get ready for flights. However they won't disturb you and you won't hear them, especially if you are inside the house.

If you would like to schedule a sunrise flight in Temecula, please message me IN ADVANCE. Our balloon company is meeting at South Coast Winery which is 2 min. drive from our property. Please check "Magical Adventure Balloon Rides" hotairfun.com for detail.

BBQ grills require $25 propane. If you want to use BBQ grill, message me in advance. We will have it setup and ready by your arrival. The cost is $25 and non refundable. You may also rent propane from nearby Lowe's and Home Depot.

Pool area is available to our main house guests and RV guests. More than 10 guests who want to use pool area may be purchased a day pass of $20 per person.


****HOUSE RULES**** Please read and accept these rules before you book.

1. Occupancy
The maximum number of people in the house at any given time is 10 people, including visitors. Our guests tend to have big parties after their wedding and we had some complaints in the past, so we have decided to set strict rule of number of people. A few visitors are welcomed, but please let me know if you are planning to bring some. If more than 10 people who want to use pool area, $20 per person resort fee is charged. Please text me if you have any visitors. Otherwise, extra charge may apply for violation of our rule.

2. No Pets- No Smoking
We don't allow any kind of pets on our property except service dogs.
No smoking is allowed inside house. Please smoke outside.

3. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. No access to pool area during this time. Please minimize outside activities and enjoy inside activities during this time.

4. Decorations
Decorations, signs, streamers, confetti, glitter, balloons, etc., are not allowed anywhere on the property, pool area, or the house.

You are responsible for any damages during your stay. Please help ensure that your stay and my next friend's stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you!!
