This stunning 3 story house has enough room for everyone in the family! 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 2 porch swings are located on the first level. The Master bedroom features a King bed and all the luxuries of a true suite. The first Guest bedroom has a King bed, and features a Full bathroom and NEW flat screen TV. The second Guest bedroom has a Queen bed, and the third bedroom contains a set of bunk beds. There are also 2 twin rollaway beds if you need them.

Located on the second level is the main living area, with a brand NEW flat screen TV, NEW living room furniture, along with a fully updated kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and dining/eat in kitchen area with seating for 12. This kitchen has a Keurig and a coffee maker. There is also a 1/2 bath in the main living area. The balcony off the kitchen offers great views- enjoy your morning coffee or sunset cocktails, this is truly an extension of the home and a great entertaining space!

The stunning Master suite is located on the 3rd floor. This large suite has a King bed, a full en suite bathroom and includes a large flat screen TV, seating area with WET BAR and gorgeous views of the Gulf from the balcony. It is truly its own oasis! This balcony has seating for 6 people to enjoy the sunset every evening!

Close to the beach and all of the excitement that Panama City Beach has to offer, this home has something for everyone- relax and enjoy the quieter side of the PCB area, or hop into town and enjoy everything the area has to offer- great shopping, dining and entertainment are just minutes away! Note, beach chairs are not included, and we suggest bringing your own.

New Curfew:
As the streets in our community are private property, the Association has decided that as part of the curfew, it will be required for ALL guests aged eleven and older to wear their amenity wristbands after 8:00 PM.

This property features 100% sanitized, clean sheets and towels, professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services. They are the ONLY linen service in the area that offers completely clean, sanitized and freshly ironed sheets and towels, giving you peace of mind and a great night's rest! Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. You must be at least 25 years old to book this property!
