Top of the Village | Summit 304

This top floor Summit condominium, at Top of The Village, features a great view of the ski slopes from the spacious living room.  The vaulted ceiling – with pine beams gives the room an airy feel that is complemented by an outdoorsy décor which captures a real feel of the mountains.  The location is perfect for a Rocky Mountain experience. The 2nd bedroom has custom-made King bunk beds and the 3rd bedroom – with two twin beds, – make this a perfect unit for a large family, or group of friends.  A mountain stone gas fireplace is the centerpiece of the living room. An on call shuttle service will transport you to restaurants and shops in Snowmass Village or multiple hot tubs and a heated swimming pool are available to relax in after a long day in the mountains.

The location is perfect for easy access to all that Snowmass has to offer including ski home for lunch, which during Covid restaurant access challenges was a nice perk. The Top Of Village Services desk was first-rate and the unit was clean, fully equipped and very comfortable as well as set up very nicely for 3 adult couples

Loved the condo
We love the condominium and slopeside location. Overall a great experience. And we look forward to doing it again. There was one small hiccup, we arrive quite late and there was a miscommunication about where they would leave the key for us, they had taped it to the lobby house door, but we were told it was on the actual unit door.
