1 BR Waterfront Cottage on the bluff overlooking the water and mountain sunsets!

Family owned and operated boutique resort. One and two bedroom cottages available on this boutique property. A cottage has at least one queen bed and a futon, full kitchen, private campfire, bbq, picnic table, screened porch, linens, towels, private beach, kayaks, rowboats, jet skis, pontoon boats, SUP boards, etc.

We are located in Lake Luzerne midway between the activities on Lake George, NY and the shopping and horse racing in Saratoga Springs. We reside on 700 feet of waterfront at the intersection of two waterways, Lake Sacandaga and the Hudson River, known as Tiosaronda Bay.

We have five one bedroom and 10 two bedroom cottages. Our amenities and tranquil setting are popular with families and couple get aways. Come join us for your Adirondack vacation experience. Chandler

Relaxing and peaceful
The property is clean and well maintained. We chose this because they allow pets, and it is a 15 minute drive to Lake George,away from the crowds. Loved the screened in porch with beautiful views to Lake Luzerne. There is an adequate kitchen if you chose to make your own meals. We were there during the heavy rains in Vermont so water level rose and the dock was not in good shape so boating options were unavailable! But there are plenty of option if the dock is still there! Lovely play area for children.

This has become a favorite vacation spot for me and my kids. Staff is very friendly and the scenery is beautiful! We had a lot of fun and relaxation here.

Peaceful and relaxing
The Elms is Perfectly located with a Beautiful view. Exactly what we were looking for. The cabin was bigger than expected. The screen porch was ideal. Probably the most relaxing trip to date. Chandler greeted us at check-in. Very Kind and enjoyable to talk to. I would recommend to friends and hope to be back myself.

Hi...I grew up on the family fruit farm and ventured out. Earned degrees in business and psychology and taught primarily at local colleges. I have opened businesses in orchards, real estate, discotheques, consulting, corporate training, air charter and summer cottages for tourists. By the way that is my palette knife painting of our rowboat in the sunset.

Why they chose this property

The Elms has been my farm. This is our 24th summer season. Each year is better than the last and a labor of love. Nothing pleases me more than to walk through the property at night and see all the campfires burning and voices chattering away. 700 feet of waterfront and mountain sunsets create this jewel.

What makes this property unique

Tiosaronda merging of two waters into one was the name the Indians gave to describe the majestic twist of nature. Chief Tiosaronda is carved in wood on the property and the legend has been written by kids who visited The Elms on our web site. A lot of mystery and magic in these woods.
