This luxury villa, located on a sea-front estate, provides a relaxing, peaceful stay for those seeking calm whilst for families, there is baby equipment, toys and games available. Restaurants, supermarkets, bars and beaches are just a short stroll along the coastal path, running below the property along the stunning sea front.
The villa sleeps up to 8 guests (2 travel cots are also available). Built on one level, the property comprises a fully-equipped kitchen, utility room, dining room, sitting room and a TV/play room. There are 4 bedrooms. Two principal bedrooms have European king-size beds, spacious ensuites and walk-in showers. A further 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds each, that can form a double if required. These bedrooms have access to a large family bathroom with over-bath shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning and there are black out blinds in the twin rooms.
Outside, the property is enclosed by high walls and has a beautiful 10m solar-heated pool, with an additional electric heater that activates if the water temperature drops. A separate shallow children's pool is close by and beach items, swim aids and inflatables are available for guests. A wooden dining table seats 6 under cover, whilst a barbecue area is tucked in the corner, with helpful work surfaces. There are plenty of sun loungers with cushions, 2 recliner chairs and parasols available, plus pool towels are provided. Plus a wonderful view of the sea and neighbouring Fueteventura.
Included in rental price: 24/7 assistance, bedding (except for travel cot), bath towels, pool towels, 'welcome pack', most household items, WIFI, air conditioning in bedrooms, pool heating.
Rates are based on 4 guests and an additional charge is made for more guests staying, up to 8 persons.

Womderful relaxing holiday for family of 4
We stayed at Villa Francis for 10 days and had an amazing time. The villa is in a perfect location with a great view of the sea by the pool. We all really loved everything at the villa it was a good size that could easily accomodate 8 however there was only 4 of us so we had plenty of space. The pool was fantastic and the villa was equipt with everything you could need. Sue was really helpful and always responded with any questions or queries quickly. We will definately be going back.

Superb villa
We have just returned from a week in villa frances. Communication and information from sue was great from the word go. The villa is the best we have stayed in, clean, so we'll equipped and an amazing position overlooking the sea. The beds were super comfy and the outside area and pool was absolutely lovely. Can thoroughly recommend villa frances to anyone seeking a quiet relaxing holiday but also within easy reach of the main town and restaurants of playa blanca

Beautiful villa. Well spaced out and fantastic sea views.
Villa Frances is located in a quiet peaceful private estate. It is positioned above overlooking with a sea view. The villa has all the facilities and more to make it a home from home. The pool was lovely and warm.as heated. The barbecue area was laid out well for cooking. We had the villa as a 4 bed with the annex and this ensured we were not all on top of each other. Outside dining is easy with the table and chairs. The villa could benefit from outside lounge seating. Plenty of sunbeds and big sun towels provided. We did have a bad start when we arrived at 1pm and the villa had not been cleaned as beds were unmade from previous guests. We were aware check in was not until 3pm so we went away for 2 hours and on return the villa had still not been cleaned. We called the agent who said there was no reservation which we confirmed there was. I must stress the agent arranged for cleaners to turn up and when we contacted Sue she was very upset that the villa booking had not gone through with the agent due to a PC email issue. Notwithstanding that the villa was then cleaned from top to bottom and Sue kindly reimbursed 1 days fees as we could not use the villa until 530pm. We were very tired after travelling since 4am so next the best start but was remedied as soon as they became aware of the issue. The washing machine is a godsend for washing the villa towels and also our clothes. We had a 9 nights stay so could have benefitted from another bed and towel change but understand this is done for 10 days bookings. The pool was serviced twice during our stay. Would highly recommend this villa for its location, villa layout when there are 4 or more (there were 4 of us) and Sue's attention to the issue we encountered was resolved quickly and without question. We would definitely book again. We have stayed in various hotels and villas in playa blanca over many years and Villa Frances has set the bar very high.

Another fantastic stay
From the first communications with Sue until our departure we had a very positive experience. We had stayed at this villa several years ago and each villa either side so it was great to come back to this lovely, peaceful space. The views are relaxing, the access to Playa Flamingo to the east and to Sebastyan's and the dive school to the west makes it a perfect location to be out of the way yet still in touch. The villa itself was lovely and clean with plenty of things to entertain the kids and strong enough wifi (and broad enough bandwidth) to enable connectivity for most. We would be happy to book again.

Villa with fabulous sea views
Four bedrooms, three bathrooms for a party of 7. The villa was in a lovely location, with local amenities and a larger supermarket 20 mins walk away. There was an issue with a faulty boiler in the master bedroom, but the property manager firm were exceedingly prompt in trying to sort out the problem. I would recommend this property

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in einer geschlossenen Ferienanlage. Der Blick auf das Meer und Fuerteventura ist etwas ganz besonderes. Vermieterin hat sich bei kleinen Problemen sofort gekümmert. Klare Weiterempfehlung.

We live in the UK and have owned the villa since it was built in 2004. We have been renting the villa for15 years through one sole agent, under the 'luxury' category and this is the first year we have advertised on Vrbo. As a family, we have furnished and stocked it to make it 'a home from home' , whilst ensuring it is well-maintained and kept to a very high standard. We look forward to staying at 'our retreat', 2 or 3 times a year, each visit replacing or adding new items so that it always looks its best.

Why they chose this property

The warm breeze and dry climate attract many to Lanzarote all year around. Why not stay at this well-maintained, very popular and luxurious villa, in a wonderful coastal location? Supermarkets, bars, restaurants and beaches are a delightful 10 minute stroll away (5 mins by car), alongside the sea on the town's coastal path, which in 20 minutes leads into the charming, friendly town of Playa Blanca (less than 10 mins by car).

The villa has plenty to offer those who want a quiet, relaxing break away. Located on a gated, private estate, the surrounds are peaceful and extremely comfortable. Many guests report intending to tour the island but the lure of lazing on comfy sun loungers, in the shade of a parasol, around the pool or simply gazing out to sea was too great!

Alternatively, for families, especially those with young children, we provide all the baby items you have at home, plus lots of toys, games, kids' DVDs to keep them occupied when they need to be out of the sun. Parents and grandparents comment on having achieved a "relaxing stay, what with the little ones so well-catered for". There's also the warm, shallow children's pool, outside play house, small table and chairs. In addition, the Aqua Lava Water Park is just along the road, catering for fun at all ages.

A ‘welcome pack’ is provided, to tie you over until you can shop (eg bread, ham, cheese, crisps, eggs, juice, milk, bottled water). Tea bags, sugar and coffee sachets and many household items are stocked too.

For those looking for more to do, nearby there are: Montana Roja a short drive away which offers stunning views from its crater; a PADI dive centre (5 mins away); bicycle hire; pay-as-you-go gym; Aqua Lava water park and the charming coastal path to walk from one end of town to the other. Further afield, there are Manrique's attractions, the volcanoes at Timanfaya National Park, water sports at Playa Dorada, amazing coastline at El Golfo and the ferry to Fueteventura.
