The villa is the perfect place for your holiday in Lanzarote located on a exclusive gated community that has direct access to the seafront promenade. It is very peaceful and relaxing. The villa offers stunning sea views from the terrace and panoramic sea views, looking over to Fuerteventura and Los Lobos, from the roof terrace you also have amazing views of Montaña Roja.
Turning left on the promenade it is a short 10-minute walk away from the stunning Playa Flamingo beach where you can find restaurants, a small supermarket and cafes. Or turn right and after a 5-minute walk you arrive at La Mulata, where there are various restaurants and chill out bars.
The villa comprises of three bedrooms a master, and two twin bedrooms. The villa has 2 bathrooms. The bathrooms offer a single sink with an over-bath shower. The indoor dining area is a bright beautiful space with a atrium with seating for 4 guests. This is just off a separate kitchen which is fitted with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, oven and hob, kettle and toaster. There is a further area outside with a washing machine. Our living room is fully kitted out with a 75 inch tv with IPTV, with hundreds of films, series and TV channels. There are also many channels for different nationalities. Free WIFI is included in your stay.
The stunning extensive outdoor areas is where the villa excels , the villa boasts a large terrace area with a 12m x 4m fully heated swimming pool which has a gate to stop children entering the pool area alone and a large Jacuzzi, outdoor BBQ. In addition to this, there are various areas to get some sun on the loungers by the pool or on the comfortable rattan sofas located on both the terrace level and also on the stunning roof terrace which has lockable gate at the bottom and the top of the staircase for children safety in mind it also has a shaded area with incredible views of Montana Roja, the Atlantic Ocean and views of Fuerteventura and the island of Lobos.

Location, Location, Location
Fantastic location in a quiet residential area with direct access to the Promenade. The Villa has a wonderful roof terrace with excellent views, a great swimming pool and hot tub with lots of outside space. The host was very helpful and available to answer any questions or concerns. The inside of the Villa was spacious and had everything you would need although some elements were looking rather tired. My only negative comment would be the towels both inside and for the pool could do with replacing as they were looking discoloured. The Villa was spotlessly clean and the Welcome Pack supplied was an unexpected bonus. We had a very enjoyable holiday and would definitely stay at the Villa again.

Fabulous Villa very well equiped photos don't do the outside justice it is absolutely stunning outside area and pool on of the best we have stayed at. Any small issues we had was dealt with instantly and couldn't do enough to help. lovely quite area with good access to all amenities. would highly recommend this villa.

This is the second time we have stayed in the villa and not disappointed. The TV wasn’t working when we arrived but the property manager sorted it out very quickly. The pool is great and the roof terrace is wonderful.

Just a gorgeous villa, with so many places to sit and enjoy the sun whatever the weather. The views from the terrace are spectacular. Everything was spotless and the pool and jacuzzi were a fab addition.

The pool area and outside space is definitely a plus for this villa. So many places to sit either in the shade or full sun. Well equipped inside; massive TV, good fans, comfy beds and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook in. Location excellent- straight onto promenade and easy walk to amenities. It’s a family villa in a residential area, so it was quiet which suited us well. Property management company was easy to communicate with. Pool was kept immaculately clean by the pool man and both he and the lady who changed the linens were really friendly.

Kitchen not equipped well
The kitchen equipment was very disappointing. For example no egg cups, one saucepan only, large mugs only, no cups and saucers, cooking utensils. Loads of kid’s drinking mugs, ice lolly makers but not equipped for paying guests who like to cook. Had to ask for extra towels on arrival Bedding was no great.

Very clean and well equipped. Great roof terrace and views. Fantastic tv package. Very comfortable bed. Helpful management and nice welcome pack. Parking a bit awkward and disappointing no pedestrian access to promenade due to everlasting road works. Expensive but you get what you pay for, would stay again.

Amazing Villa ⭐️
From booking to check out I cannot fault this villa in any way. Place was amazing, to the extent that the children didn’t want to leave the villa to explore. Villa clean and in a very quiet location. A short walk to beach, shop and restaraunts. Alana was amazing to work with in every way before and during our stay.

The property, the location, the facilities, the pool - all fantastic. The support and help we got from the management was above and beyond. We are looking at coming back to this villa in the autumn. Simply fantastic.
