This luxury 2 and 1/2 bedrooms condo is facing Palm Cay’s Marina and has a direct ocean view!
It is perfect to host up to 5 adults and 1 child. You will find 2 bathrooms, one for the master bedroom and 1 sharing the second bedroom and the smaller bedroom, as well as one 1/2 bathroom (powder room).
You will enjoy this upscale layout with high end furniture and appliances.

Amazing Experience
The manager Guy (who is also a home owner in Palm Cay), the apartment and the location are all spectacular. We would give this experience 6 stars if they’d be available. Guy went out of his way to provide world class service. If you love boats, great marina views, meeting interesting people, and watching the occasional hustle and bustle of a marina, this place is for you. Highly recommended and will definitely return in the future.

Perfect Getaway Spot
Our stay at this condo exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we stepped in, we were blown away by the comfort and amenities provided. The space was immaculate, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. The location was perfect, offering both convenience and tranquility. Communication with the host was seamless, ensuring our stay was stress-free. We can't wait to come back and create more wonderful memories here. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, clean & relaxing property
We selected this property over the other massive Nassau resorts because we didn't want to be swallowed up by the masses of people at those resorts and coming off the cruise ships. This property provided privacy, relaxation, and comfort in the safety and security of the private community. There are more condos being built but we very rarely noticed any disruption. We used the beach club amenities every day of our 7-day stay and we loved the private, exclusive environment as it was very easy to keep track of our 6-year-old and 75-year-old mom who joined us. The people were fantastic - Guy the host was very, very helpful - along with Andrea the maid, Jeffrey the concierge, and the employees at Palm Cay. They made it a fantastic time! The walk to the beach club around the marina takes about 10 minutes (even with a 6-yr old & grandma) so was very quick to get back and forth if need be. The location is about 30 min outside of Nassau but Jeffrey was fantastic in transporting us from airport/etc. We'd come back and can't wait to see what comes from the continued development.

Palm Cay
This is a clean and spacious condo with great views of the marina. The beach is gorgeous with clear blue-green water and soft pink sand. If you’re just looking to relax and sit by the beach this is a great spot. The restaurant on the property has good staples. There’s a grocery store very close by-but I would recommend renting a car as there is not much else around the property. You will definitely want to pay for access to the beach club. The host is very helpful and we would definitely return.
