Great Location
The property was great. Had everything we needed. South Gulf Cove is a great neighborhood with walking paths and access to the gulf.

Always good in the sun, but some difficulties you should know about.
We have rented for several years and this year was the toughest. Everything was fine because you're in beautiful Florida and out of the snow, but there were things we did not like for the price we paid. The house does not have an oven, garbage disposal or dishwasher. We had problems the entire six weeks with no-see-um bug bites that literally drove us crazy. We tried several different things and never got rid of the nuisance. The house needs to be sprayed with pesticide. We asked for that and the owner said he couldn't find one. It was fine and we appreciated being able to have our dog, but would not rent again in this location.
