Great location
We stayed in the apartment for 5 weeks in March – April 2023. On check-out, we paid 110 euros for the electricity used (not included in the rental rate). The apartment description on the web site is accurate. Some general comments:
• The kitchen is small, but has everything needed (with the possible exception to a dishwasher)
• The bathroom was modern and worked well
• The beds could have been more comfortable – upgraded mattresses would be nice.
The check-in, check-out process with Simon was very easy.
The balcony was the entire width of the apartment and overlooked the pool. It faced west, so got the afternoon sun. The pool was open but was fairly cool. The complex was clean and well maintained.
There is a supermarket and bakery on the ground level of the complex, both open 7 days a week. There are 2 larger supermarkets within 600 to 800 meters.
Across the street is a sandy beach, which extends for miles. An easy walking promenade is along the beach.
There are all kinds of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, ice cream stores and souvenir stores within easy walking distance.
The apartment is about 600 meters from the Los Boliches train station and 250 meters from a municipal bus stop, so it is easy to get around.
