Très deçu, c'était un appartement et non une maison comme l'annonce le precisait
D'après l'annonce c'etait une maison et la photo montrait une maison jumelée. Finalement nous n'avions q le rez de chaussée. Au dessus il y avait 2 autres appartements. J'ai demandé le remboursement ou une maison mais rien ne m'a été accordé. L'etat de l'appartement n'avait pas été vérifié, on a commencé nos vacances avec des réclamations des lieux ( parasol cassé et sans pied, chaise longue cassé et jamais remplacé, porte douche cassé, la plaque ne s'allumait pas à 21h il a fallu retourner au course a 10 min en voiture pour acheté un briquet, le lit 1 personne ne supporte pas le poid d'un adulte, les fenêtres et porte fenetre ne ferment pas. Pendant 3 jours des va et viens du personnel pour reparer. J ai passé les 1er jours de mes vacances à telephoner, a envoyer des mails de reclamation. Voilà
