Porch Light Hospitality presents, The Pumphouse- an industrial-modern guesthouse located on a family-owned homestead in Fredericksburg, Tx.

One of five unique and private guesthouses that make up “The Gathering Guesthouses,” The Pumphouse is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood a short 5 minute drive to Main Street and offers a unique experience with its classic industrial style that pays homage to the original purpose of the building.

The Space:
Bedroom: King sized bed with high-end linens, gas fireplace, reading chair, vaulted white-washed pine ceilings, TV with Roku.

Bathroom: Walk-in shower and jetted tub, oversized vanity, bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, robes, hair dryer, iron/board).

Kitchenette: Minifridge, microwave, coffee-maker with complimentary local grounds, dishware and dining nook.

Living Area: Sofa, reading chair, TV with Roku.

Outdoor Area: Private courtyard with hot tub and outdoor shower, fire pit, lounge seating, bistro table, hammock, TV with Roku.

* This guesthouse is completely private, no amenities are shared with other property guests.*

Other Notes:
-Check in at 4 PM, Check out at 11 AM (early check in available for a fee on request)

We couldn’t say enough about The Pumphouse! It is very unique and a perfect place for my wife of 54 years and me! I reserved it without her seeing it on line, and she was VERY impressed and wants to come back again!

Pleasant and quite place to relax.

Anniversary Trip
This was our 1st time in Fredericksburg, and we loved it!! The Pumphouse was a perfect place to stay for our 30th anniversary. It was so peaceful, private, and relaxing. We will definitely be back and hope to stay there again. Everything about it was exactly what we wanted…♥️
