Nestled beachside, this gem boasts a prime location without any streets to cross, granting easy access to the beach at Tenth Street within a 5-minute walk.

Step into the Cottage, and you'll be greeted by a spacious, shaded, and fenced yard, inviting you to relax and unwind. Embrace the coastal ambiance on the wrap-around screened porch or bask in the sun on the open front porch adorned with cheerful Adirondack chairs.

Ideal for large families and friend getaways, the cottage offers two levels with separate entrances, providing ample privacy. It's important to note that access between floors is exterior only, with no interior stairs.

The main level welcomes you with three bedrooms: king, queen, and twin bunk beds. Additionally, you'll find a second full bath, a cozy family room, a charming dining area, and a fully stocked kitchen, ensuring every culinary need is met.

Descending to the lower level, you'll discover two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with one double bed and one twin bed. A convenient half bath and a bathroom/laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer are available. For added convenience and privacy, the outdoor shower offers hot and cold water and is enclosed in a secluded setting.

An expansive gathering area on the lower level provides ample seating and generous storage space, accommodating bicycles, kayaks, surfboards, and all your beloved beach gear.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet-friendly home, but we ask that you make other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable), with a 35-lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs; please inquire for more information.
