This four-bedroom, four bath home can be rented as one entire unit or separately and features exceptional screened-in porches, large feature-packed kitchens, and tons of open gathering space for game nights. Just a short walk away from the Tybee pier and a stone's throw from all the south-end island offerings. This home is perfect for your annual family gathering.

All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees). Reservations canceled within 15 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount, including all taxes, fees, and rental deposits.

We enjoyed our stay.
We enjoyed our stay & it was right around the corner from the beach. We walked to the beach. The GPS takes you to the back of the house, so we were initially confused on how to gain entrance. The keypad is at the front side of the home. We rented both the upstairs & downstairs. The upstairs was more updated. Also the tvs in the bedrooms wouldn't connect to the internet upstairs or downstairs. The tvs in both living room areas worked fine. Overall we liked the home/duplex.
