About 15-20 min to the heart of Vienna. The studio fits 3 people comfortably with a double bed and a couch bed. The area is perfectly located to rest after a long day of sightseeing!

A well located, newly renovated apartment with floor heating, an TV with amazon prime, netflix, IPTV (100+ worldwide channels), a comfortable double bed and an additional sofa bed for up to 3 guests.

Ausstattung schlecht
Die Ausstattung des Objektes war miserabel. Es gab nicht mal ein Messer das vernünftig schneidet, kein Brotmesser und die Einrichtung ist der pure Kitsch. Wenn die Nachbarn kochen verbreitet sich der Geruch durch die Lüftung über dem Ofen in der ganzen Wohnung. Die Lage der Wohnung macht hedoch vieles wett.

Needs tweaking
At first glance it’s a great studio - spacious and bright, in a quiet street, in a building with lift. But the otherwise adequate little kitchen had no dish drainer or teatowel. The excellent bathroom with walk-in shower had nowhere to hang a towel, and the next roll of toilet paper isn’t supplied (I’ve left plenty for the next guests). In the bed/sitting room, the flimsy chest of drawers had already collapsed, leaving me one drawer for everything. But the thing I can’t forgive is pure polyester sheets. It’s like sleeping on cling wrap. Please please change them to cotton. There were lovely touches like an umbrella to borrow, and a washing machine (a real bonus). The location was good, a 6 minute walk from the extremely useful tram 2, with a Billa supermarket 2 blocks away, and à Tabac for buying transport tickets. I’d recommend it with just those few changes.
