Welcome to the Luxurious Pinnacle in North Myrtle Beach SC. THE BEST VALUE on the beach according to past guest reviews. Featuring new pictures taken 2023.

Our 3-bedroom 2 bath condo is Direct Ocean Front. Just open the sliding glass door in the master bedroom or living room and fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean. Enjoy a luxurious family vacation in our 3 bedroom/2 baths 1200 sq/ft condo.
We maintain an impeccably clean condo, I demand it! No unsatisfied customers (read our reviews). Were a quiet family beach! Celebrating our 24th year! Thank you for making 2023 our best year ever. New for 2024 Newly painted inside, new flooring was added to all rooms. We added 2nd king bedroom suite. We also added a new ceramic tiled walk-in shower in both baths. We replaced the kitchen and added a 42'' flat panel TV in the living room and a 50'' LCD TV's in all the bedrooms. All new Wellborne cabinets and granite countertops with all new stainless-steel appliances. Everything you need is there. We have high speed DSL. We remodeled the 2nd bath to include new sheetrock, vanity with granite and new tiled shower. Book now and get the week you want, not what's left! We also have available additional items for rent to make your vacation more enjoyable. We can even supply towels and linens for just $100 if needed. We also offer limited covered parking to keep your vehicle out of the hot summer sun.

For your convenience, there are (2) elevators that take you quickly to the (5th) floor. All concrete and steel construction for added safety and beauty with a sprinkler system. Reserving with us you won't have to wait to check-in at the real estate office to get your keys, we will send you the entry door code 2 weeks before check in, which means more vacation time.

We have a large balcony to have coffee in the mornings or relax with a drink at night. Spend leisure-filled days lounging on the beach or playing in the water.
Watching the ocean from your private balcony off the master bedroom and living room via sliding glass doors. The master suite features a king size bed with KingsDown mattress, a 50'' flat screen LCD TV and DVD. The master bath has a Ceramic tiled walk-in shower with double vanities.

The 2nd bedroom has a new King Sized Tommy Bahama Bedroom suite with KingsDown mattress, 50'' LCD TV and a walk-in closet.
The 3rd bedroom has a Queen Sized Tommy Bahama bedroom suite with a 50'' flat panel LCD TV and a walk-in closet. The 2nd bathroom is just in front of the two bedrooms. Mom and dad will love our oceanfront location with Beach lifeguards (in summer) indoor/outdoor pool, covered parking and keyed security doors. The kids just love the sand and waves.

Pinnacle has everything you'd expect and more! Close to putt-putt, arcade, shopping, golf and of course restaurants.

Beautiful place
Beautiful property right on the beach. Had everything we needed. One note is that you want to make sure you know where it is before going because the streets have similar names in North Myrtle Beach and in Myrtle Beach so we had a bit of confusion getting there. After that everything was great!!

Very comfortable and convenient for our family vacation! Clean and very scenic! The 4 recliners made it feel like home to relax after a day at the beach. Quiet and close proximity to great restaurants and other attractions!

As advertised
The property was as advertised according to the listing. Pros: nice large pool with an 8 foot derp end, building never seemed busy and parking in front of building always available. Cons: need more dishes. Only had 7 plates so you either had to wash dishes by hand after every meal or run a 1/3 of a load in dish washer. Pool was definitely not 85 but was still warm enough to swim in. One day we came back from beach and our condo door was propped open, a/c door was open and nobody around. Saw a work truck in parking lot and reached out to owner asking if or why there was a guy in our condo and never heard back. Other than that it was a great trip and worth the money.

Pros Wonderful view Great location Working with Mike and Selena made the vacation very easy and smooth! They are quick to answer calls! Cons It was not the cleanest upon arrival. Nothing terrible that we couldn’t deal with or that needed fixing right away. It was dusty and trash/items were left behind from the people before us. The washer also had a mildew smell. There is very limited pantry space The WiFi was terrible. The TVs in the bedrooms did not work

The condo was very nice and just as pictured. Loved that it was right in the beach and easy access. Had everything we needed for our week visit. My only downfall would be the pool. It’s described as an outdoor pool for the summer months however it’s truly an indoor pool. Other than that I would recommend this property. It’s nicely decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed it and will definitely be back to the area.

Nice condo!
Our family and friends enjoyed a great week at this condo. Plenty of space in living room, kitchen, and bedrooms. 2nd bath was a little small but worked for our group. There were some issues with the ice maker and master shower leaking, but Mike responded immediately to address it. The covered pool was perfect for our 10 month old, and the beach access was a short walk which made it easy to carry all our beach stuff out easily. Overall a great stay, and woukd definitely stay again.

Very accessible building. Two elevators, great time of year to visit. There seemed to be a number of seniors who live in the building. Nice and quiet. We enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen. The balcony furniture was very comfortable. Convenient parking. Thanks for a nice stay.

Overall the stay was perfect. Great location. I thought the 2nd bathroom was quite small but i could tell there has been an upgrade. Beds were comfy as well as living room furniture. The view is amazing.

I have stayed in Myrtle Beach several times in several different places. This place was THE best. This stay was so amazing! Awesome balcony and view. What i can’t get over is how comfortable the condo was. The couches, the kitchen, the beds, the showers…-all of it perfect. We will be back! Thanks for the great accommodations!

Great view And location
The condo was in a great location. The kids enjoyed the pool we had a lovely view of the beach. We saw pods of dolphin twice doing our vacation. It was an easy transition to get from our room to the pool to the beach and the rinse off area. Communication with the owners was easy. The kitchen was a bit dated but that's OK with us. We would definitely stay there again.
