- Quiet Cottage with Air conditioning just 10 mins away from downtown Fenelon Falls, close to grocery stores, antique shopping, atv , snowmobile trails etc. Fenelon Falls welcomes all snowmobiles and atvs downtown.

- Public boat launch down the street if you bring your own boat. 1 canoe, 2 kayaks and 1 paddle board boat for use with life jackets provided during stay. There is a 50ft dock great for fishing with a ladder to go swimming and patio seating above dock looking over the river. Outside fire pit with lots of seating, please bring your own fire wood. Propane bbq is provided for use.

- one level cottage with propane fireplace, open living room, dining room and kitchen. Main bedroom with queen bed, bedroom #2 large room with 2 beds bunk bed (twin on top and double on bottom bed) and large queen size bed. Living room has a pull out sofa bed. In the summer time there is a bunkie on the front yard with a double bed. Each bed is supplied with sheets, blankets and pillows. Cottage can sleep 8 adults in the winter and 10 in the summer (when bunkie is used).

-Cottage water comes from the river with UV filtered system. Washer and dryer are available to wash bedding and towels for repeated use. Some towels are provided for you stay but you may want to bring extra. There is 1 washroom with tub/ shower. There is also 1 toilet in the laundry room ( no sink or shower in laundry room).

- Cottage comes with inside/outside furniture, fridge, stove, microwave, glasses, pots pans, general kitchen ware, coffeemaker and Keurig machine. Cleaning supplies are included. 55in TV and internet are included (unlimited internet with wifi). There is a DVD player and lots of DVDS to watch.
