A medium sized trailer for rent, in Kawartha Lakes, on an acre of land, located on the lake.

Nothing fancy. A great place to get away for the weekend with friends or a young family.

Wifi, paddle boat, fishing rods, fire pit, lawn furniture, and BBQ included.

The trailer has air conditioning, a stove, a fridge, and a small bathroom with a shower plus a toilet.

No washer machine on site; however, clean linens are provided as well as clean dishwear.

Rustic trailer
It’s most certainly a rustic trailer. Host was super helpful (when called) , however, the toilet/shower does NOT work. AC doesn’t work the best. We had to think of it as more of a camping experience…. 500 feet from the water. (Not directly on the water) There are also no lights on the property (solar lights would be useful in order to light a path to the waterfront and bbq) . Had to use our phones as flashlights as the flashlights provided in the trailer did not work. If you don’t have a flashlight or your phone, it’s pitch dark. Had everything been working as advertised, we would most certainly be repeat customers. The biggest issue being the toilet / shower and lighting at night. The dock area is super nice.

Horrible Trailer
I was so so disappointed, regret over 100% WHY I booked that trailer. I should read the reviews investigate first before I booked. I bring my two adults son for them to experience what a trailer life be like. Ending up they don’t wanna stay the trailer my older son was in our car he walked the neigbor even there was a rain because he cannot stayed in the trailer . The smell was so bad, the sheets are dirty, no water at all of our stayed. Brandon turn on the machine for the water and he said it will flow in few minutes but NOTHING. We cannot even brush our teeth or even wash our face. I am lucky that I bring our drinking water. Everything is smelly and dirty. We bring food and my son’s did not inside the trailer they said they will vomit because of the smell. We live the trailer 9:30 without washing our face no toothbrush no shower so that we can go home and wash ourselves. Lesson learn. I’d rather to pay extra amount of money in the motel when I can have a nice ward shower before bed. Toilet is disgusting not flushing my son’s needs to go out to pee. Only me using it but no flush still there when we live. Guys please don’t go this trailer even $5.00 cost. Very dirty I pay for the cleaner and how come the bed sheets are not wash? So disappointing it’s looks like that place is abandon dirty inside and even outside going to the lake. The grass are not cut. It’s not properly maintain.
